Hotel Concord

The room was lovely and modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great - it had a lovely variety of options. The reception staff are very kind, friendly and very helpful with anything we needed. The location is superb - its within walking distance of all the major attractions and has the best shops, cafes and restaurants on the same street. Its also very close to the main train station so very easy to get anywhere.

There really wasn’t anything wrong to say about it at all. It was a great find so cannot fault it at all.

A wonderful hotel in a very pleasant part of Torino which is also convenient for Porta Susa station. Our room was truly excellent. Torino was our first Italian city on a long awaited rail tour of Italy (our first overseas holiday for almost 20 years) and our stay at Hotel Concord was the perfect start. We left wishing we could have stayed longer. We would like to specifically say thank you to the professional and friendly staff at Hotel Concord who made us feel very welcome, were extremely helpful and provided us with a wonderful start to our holiday. Grazie di tutto.

the location was perfect for us, since we arrived by train and had to leave by train as well. It was also close to the center of the city. I also enjoyed the possibility to use the gym near the hotel for free.

Breakfast was not so good and not of high quality in my opinion. I liked the fact that there were some vegan options but in general some ingredients ran out and were not replaced or it took a long time to replace them.

The hotel is located in the center, short walking distance from all tourist attractions and from central train station. My room was very comfortable. The breakfast - abundant and tasty. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you need to buy something - there's a supermarket 30 meters away.

There's no parking space in front of the hotel. The hotel does have a garage, but on some days it is open only in the morning and evening. I was lucky to arrive on the day of national holiday, so the the parking at the nearest parking lot was free for 2 days, when usually you may park there for 2 hours only (or renew the ticket every 2 hours).

I stayed 31st May 2023, 1st June & left 2nd June. Had a large room, comfortable bed, good size bathroom. The charging station for phone was good. Plumbing worked and tv worked well. View from my balcony (to my right) was of the beautiful alps/mountains. Absolutely beautiful breakfast with a huge variety to choose from. Was only there 2 nights and I'm angry at myself for not having gone down to breakfast on the first morning but I was just too tired. Walking distance to the train station. Liked how there was someone always at reception and the reception area was lovely and big and comfortable.

Floor boards were very sqeeky everytime I walked, (mainly near the tv area). The balcony had a couple of cigarette buds left on the ground which tells me they couldn't be bothered checking if the balcony was tidy before I arrived. They accidentally charged me twice, I only knew about the one I paid on the last day of my stay. They sorted it out after a couple of days, luckily I didn't need the money urgently!

Convenient location across from the Port Nuova train station, and central to the old portion of town. Easy walking distance to several plazas, and many shops, cafes, and restaurants. The staff were amazing and prompt with all services such as bringing ice to our room, printing our train tickets for us, and recommending a beautiful church to attend mass. There is a Metro station in the train station across the street, so there is easy access to other parts of the city.

No complaints...everything was excellent and exceeded our expectations.

All the staff at the reception are exceptional. They are very warm and accommodating. They have a well and soft spoken voice. They have a class. I love it. The breakfast has a high quality. It has so much variety. The staff in the breakfast area are lovely too. It feels like the Hotel Concord is a 5 star rating hotel. The room is perfect. I love everything about Hotel Concord.

A lot of choice & staff v good, I’m mostly a Vegan though occasionally eat eggs, my only slight desire would b if they had a vegan corn range ie sausages etc!

Staff especially reception now know me and couldn’t b more helpful, always get a fine welcome, I stay in Botel Concorde every 6-8 weeks and always take a new executive room. I need repetition & familiar surroundings as I’m Autistic so things online train tickets buying can b v complicated 4 me and they have totally helped this process! I feel safe through familiarity and same surroundings and will continue to stay at Concord. They also always try to get me a street view if available!
