B&B Hotel Udine

Really nice team! Good breakfast, simple but tasty, everything you need. Adapted to the COVID situation without being annoying. Simple but comfy rooms, again everything you need js there.

I loved the view from my room. I saw the Alps everyday. I loved how personable the staff were especially Leonardo who helped in getting me some documents for some personal matters. I was really stressed and he completely took over and helped me. The breakfast was good, the rooms were lovely and they offer many needed necessities for travellers. The location was a bit north of Udine downtown but a short walk. I ended up staying one more night and would return again and again Thank you to everyone my stay there was more than comfortable.

There is nothing I can think of that I did not like.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The room, hallways, lobby and other common areas were very clean. The hotel was easy to find, and close to major streets with many bus lines available. The walk to the train station is around 25 minutes and easy. The price for the room was totally reasonable, especially considering the cleanliness and ease of staying there.

I honestly cannot think of anything I did not like.

Great value for money and staff is extremely helpful. Great location, free parking (private parking and also in front of the hotel). Very good choice, highly recommended (despite the issues I collected during my stay below). I would come and stay here again on any floors up the 4th floor.

5th floor single rooms are not the best. Air suction is very noisy, even disturbs your sleeping (also bathroom door was not possible to close). Attention, of you need an invoice from the property, they are unable to provide one. The only one that they could give says "Courtesy copy. This invoice is not fiscally valid."- whaat? How could you book such an invoice? Noone could help! Their booking software did not support this option. This should be changed by the hotel management.

The hotel is nice, located close to the city center. The staff was super kind and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. You can buy snacks and pre-prepared meals from the vending machines availble in the hall next to the reception. The breakfast was good with various selection of food, the coffee is great (this is so important since in most hotels the coffe is really bad). There is also a free parking place reserved only for hotel guests.

We had such a good experience at this hotel. We arrived late night and were given instructions for self check in that were easy to follow. The room was air-conditioned, clean and modern, and the bed was really comfortable. Everything looked fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful. English was not a problem. Breakfast had plenty to offer and we especially appreciated gluten and lactose free options.

As usuall - high standard of B&B Hotel network. Very close to downtown, walking distance 5-10 minutes. Quiet location. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff.

They do not provide triple rooms (or apparently there were not available in our case). Very inconvenient when travelling with the kid (2+1). What I do not like is that there was no option to even pay 50% more for the room and put additional bed or even mattress inside. The only option was to pay for 2 separate rooms located on the same floor nearby.
