Hotel Ristorante Ramandolo

The hotel is a bit out of the city centre but we have a nice stroll by the canal to get there which is appreciable. The hotel also has a free parking so we didn't have to bother about where to leave the car. The staff was competent and very helpful, and the breakfast is available until late (later than checkout actually - 10:30 vs 10:00).

The room felt a bit small for its price, but then that day most hotels were fully booked for unknown reasons, so it was good for its value. The hotel is however on a busy-ish street so opening the window was but the best of options to air the room. There also was no side lights on the bed (only the big room lights). Finally the toilets on the ground floor for men are squat toilets, not our thing...

We stayed in the apartment portion. There was AC available, the included breakfast was very nice and not far (It was around the corner and across the street - a 1-2 minute walk), the staff were very helpful and lovely and spoke English which was nice, the rooms were clean and had some amenities, there were a couple bars and places to eat nearby. We checked in late and staff went out of his way to help us figure out parking - free parking was included which was great!

They accidentally double booked us but they were able to accommodate us and it was no problem.

Breakfast was great, parking is free, room was big (we were in the residence) and even if the hotel is not right at the centre it is a 15 min easy walk in the very nice area

Maybe a bit of admin - we stayed for two nights and day later we were contacted to pay for the third night, It took a while to convince the caller we really only stayed two nights. So maybe it is worth your time to drop the key at the reception, not at the box at the residence

We stayed in an annex about 5 mins away from the main Hotel building, it was fine, quiet and had ‘key access’ parking which was a prime requirement for us. We booked room only, there are numerous Cafés a couple of minutes from the Hotel for Breakfast. ideal place for a stopover especially if you have a car but reserve a parking space they are limited. The walk into town is actually 25 minutes to get to where the main recreational and historic area is, the walk is flat and along a busyish road but not a problem, AND you do get a feel and taste of the town.

No dislikes it was what we expected to find

Staff were polite and professional. The cleanliness of the hotel was second to none. Parking was great and very secure. The breakfast was great. I would definitely say that the hotel should be 4 stars. It is also very quick and easy to get to the historic center by foot.

The only thing which could have been better is the size of the rooms. But again, I would not give a lower rating for this because the beds were extremely comfortable and you had everything you could need in the room.

Great breakfast, beautiful hotel in a very good location - in the city center, in a free parking zone. Big rooms with nice furniture, windows, air-conditioning and frigo.

No parking place left in the parking - we chose this hotel because it had a private parking but there were no place at 6pm when we arrived. We could leave the car in the street nearby but we were a little bit afraid of leaving it without security surveillance.

Every staff member were extremely helpful and friendly, 5 stars for them. The hotel has gluten free options at breakfast. Everything was nice and tidy, beds were very comfortable.

The only thing I can mention that the room only had an old type air-conditioner which wasn't too effective in the heatwave. Apart from this we highly recommend this hotel and would happily choose Ramandolo Hotel again.

The furniture not layout properly -The small drawer unit near the Desk may cause injury as it has steel sharp handlesand the The depth of the Drawer is longer than the Desk's- when you walk through it, it might scratch you leg or hand accidently. Same for the small bench on the side. It may need to be improved.

We stayed only for one night, but we liked the hotel very much. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, breakfast was really good. Everyone was really nice, especially the ladies in the reception.

The only problem was parking. We arrived late in the evening, tha parking was full and it took us some time to find a parking place nearby. But the lady in the reception was really helpful, gave us some tips.

We booked the hotel because of the parking facilities. When we arrived the receptionist told us that there is no free parking slot anymore because it’s full. He first didn’t even try to name any alternatives and only tried to explain that the parking was not guaranteed. Then he made some suggestions. Btw, the receptionist did not speak English, only German and Italian …
