Perfect place, good value, and a very nice location.

Our room , on the ground floor, was exactly as described and we enjoyed it a lot! Enough space for a couple to enjoy a week long stay. The bathroom was nice size. The bed was comfortable, the A/C was great, the TV with Netflix was nice addition, the internet was reliable. On the same level we could use a small kitchen to make tea and sit and relax or meet other guests. It was on a shady narrow street which was great for our mid-August stay. Feet aways from great restaurants (off the top tourist track) and shops. The host had some excellent suggestions for bakeries, bars and food. Lovely stay!

Our room was next to the house's front door. I wished that the other guests were aware of it and spoke quietly when going in and out. Perhaps a sign on the front house door would help with that.

Lovely apartments, clean, well maintained, perfect location - close to everything, but still on a quiet street, next to a small picturesque bridge. We also had no issues with the noise from the neighbours - soundproofing seems to be sufficient. Friendly host. There is no breakfast, but there is a kettle and a coffee machine (tea bags, coffee capsules and a small muffin provided), our room was equipped with a fridge and there is also a common fridge and a microwave on the ground floor. Comfort pillows - for each person there were a standard one and one memory-foam pillows provided. Despite the fact that it is an attic space, the shower was large enough in height.

Nothing really to complain about we loved our stay there, we only asked to dust off the AC unit and replace one broken bed-side lamp, other than that the room was in great condition. It would be nice to mark the step at the entrance to the bathroom - I hurt my toes pretty badly once. Please also note that Family Studio apartment is accessed by a rather steep staircase and there is no handrail on the very last flight - it wasn't a problem for us, but keep it in mind when planning your trip. And the very last, in the room description the bedroom was stated as "separate", although in fact living room and bedroom are not isolated - perfectly fine for two, but could be an issue for four. Overall, a bit pricey, but it was worth it, thank you!

First, Bianca Cappelo is not a bed and breakfast. It is very much like a small hotel with a private entrance. The pictures of breakfast room on the site were confusing so I was not sure if a breakfast were included. It was not and that was fine. There are several small convenience markets close by (COOP). There is a communal refrigerator (for keeping a bottle of wine, cheese etc.) and a place to get plates and utensils to take to the room if you wish. Also, the room was bright, quiet, and had a pleasant view of an inner courtyard. It bears mention that Jovan Baptist (spelling) met us at our arrival which is through a private door that opens into a bright entry way that also serves as a check - in area. He was extremely gracious and helpful in answering our numerous questions and request for an extra sheet. This is a very small hotel that feels like having a private apartment in the very center of Venice. I highly recommend it. Lastly, there are no bridges to cross in getting to the hotel from the vaporetto - another important reason I booked here.

Room size. I wish it could have been larger but understand the limitations Venice presents in remodeling property. The bathroom made up for the snugness of the room (which was nicely decorated). The room needs use a full length mirror that could easily be installed.

Perfectly located, good amenities and one of the best costumer service I had. Very friendly and professional owners. Particular attention to environmental waste which I really appreciated. This was one of the most organized properties I’ve booked. Their online guide has all information about how to get to the property and everything you might wonder about before going to Venice. I wish that all properties used this kind of informative format, a game changer!

You may want to check the size of the bed if you are very tall.

Good location, friendly owner, very clean and good value. We didn't have the breakfast included, but every day they provided a single coffee pod, milk and a small cake each in the room (nespresso machine). Communal breakfast area had a kettle, biscuits and choice of teabags. The bed was comfortable, the room warm and cosy and also very clean. The bathroom was quite big too. The owner is lovely and gave us some nice recommendations to where to eat or what do do. I loved the location, very quiet, but with everything at a walking distance. I arrived via bus and walked from the bus station, it's a 10-15 mins walk. I would definitely recommend and return in future.

We loved everything: location, room, staff and breakfast. (As stated, it is top quality italian breakfast which was more that enough to keep us going until lunch). I have read some comments saying the location is noisy: bear in mind and appreciate the fact that you are in central Venice where streets are narrow and do not take people outside talking and saluting eachother as something negative when you are actually having a true local experience. With that said, I am a light sleeper and during night it was really quiet. My husband fell in love with the matress and now wants to change ours at home - it was that good. 10/10 Grazie mille e in bocca al lupo per il futuro. Andrea e Josip

We stayed in the family room, it was a beautiful room with a comfortable bed, sofa, and shower. There was a coffee machine in the room with a milk frothing attachment. The huge fridge in the room was very useful- there is a communal fridge downstairs for everyone to use in the kitchen/living area. The window shutters & wooden beams in the room added so much character. The host was amazing, with the best communication. Even the shower gel provided smells gorgeous. The location was great too, close to a corner shop if needed. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice.

Excellent location, spotlessly clean, spacious room, comfy bed and pillows, very friendly staff. Coffee machine in room. On a quiet street with a side view of a canal, with a lovely restaurant below. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend this hotel to friends. The hotel was quick to respond to my queries before arrival, and provided an easy check-in process, very professional whilst maintaining its Venetian charm.

We liked everything!

I really enjoyed staying here. I wish I could’ve stayed in Venice at least a few days more. The hotel is in a very charming and well maintained building. I loved the wood beams in the ceiling of my room. My room was so cozy and clean and I loved coming back to it at night or when I needed to rest for a moment. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. It was exactly what I needed for my stay in Venice. I also loved the windows, and the view out onto the little side street. Not only that, but I injured myself while out and about and when I came back and told Giovanni at the front desk, he and the housekeeper (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) were so kind and helpful to me, and called the medics for me. I was traveling alone and having that support when I was injured was invaluable to me. The owner also reached out to me to check on me after my injury. I recommend this hotel very highly!
