The big balcony was amazing and we ate a majority of our meals here. The bedrooms were nice and spacious, and the location was great because we were right by everything. They provided lots of espresso too! The staff was very responsive to ours questions through the booking site.

The upstairs bathroom is at the top of the stairs but not actual walkway from bedroom to bathroom so it could be a little dangerous for small children. Our youngest child was 8 so it was no issue for us though. It would have been nice to have smart TVs that could connect to Netflix or Prime.

The location was fantastic! walking distance from the Rialto bridge and St Mark’s square. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The rooms had beautiful antique furniture and quite spacious. They gave us a free bottle of Prosecco on arrival 👌

We only had one bathroom in our 2 bedroom apartment so next time would probably choose an apartment with 2 bathrooms or get 2 rooms. Hard with 2 Adults and 2 teenagers.

This was a lovely spacious apartment very suitable for our family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers. It was very bright with two bathrooms and was located in an interesting part of Venice. Air con was good to have.

The apartment was not where it was advertised to be. This didn't really matter to us but it isn't really an acceptable thing to do. Some things didn't work in the apartment. Not a big deal for a 2 night stay but might be annoying if you were staying longer. We didn't meet anybody at all. Everything was done by access code. It would have been nice to get a bit of local knowledge and advice from someone in person.

Big and comfortable family suit with 2 separate rooms, air condition was working, everything was clean and new. There is no elevator in the hotel, and the room is on the 3rd floor. The hotel is very close to all tourist places and Grand Canal but in a very quite neighbourhood. Tea and coffee is in the room and supermarket is in 20 meters to have something fresh for the breakfast if needed.

Palazzo San Luca was in a great location right near Rialto Bridge, easily accessible by Alilaguna ferry service from the Marco Polo Airport. The Hotel was very comfortable, quiet, clean, and my room was recently renovated. It was also nice to have a kettle, a Nespresso machine & fridge in the room. All the staff, especially Georgia & Cosmin were extremely friendly and helpful and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend staying there if you are planning on visiting Venice.

The staff and the property were fantastic! very very helpful in giving myself and my partner local knowledge in what to see and do - which made our stay / trip so much better. I would definitely recommend staying at Palazzo San Luca again to friends and family, and will look to revisit this hotel when we return for another holiday. I can’t express how above and beyond the Team and staff at Palazzo San Luca assisted us during our time in Venice. Wonderful team, great communication and so friendly throughout our stay.

Good location, room was lovely, bathroom was large and clean, even a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge! The staff on reception were so helpful, they would WhatsApp me any recommendations I asked for and we took the free excursion that the hotel facilitated to Murano which involved a private boat taking us to the island!

Very limited facilities- no iron, no option for food/drinks.

We also wanted to express our gratitude for the valuable tips we received. The heads-up about the concert taking place during our stay was incredibly helpful, and the parking and navigation advice made our arrival and departure much smoother. This personalized guidance really elevated our overall experience. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience.

Beautiful palazzo in the centre of Venice near Rialto bridge. Took the room at the top third floor with a beautiful rooftop terrace. Clean, cozy and tasteful room. The private terrace was a perfect place for morning espresso (complimentary Nesspresso in the room) and soaking up the sun. Highly recommended!

The hotel manager stayed late in the night until we arrived to help us find the correct building we were staying at because it was my first time in venice. I traveled with a big group as well and he upgraded our rooms so that we could all stay together I was very grateful he was very responsive as well when I would contact him. Lastly on the day we checked out he let us put all of our bags in the lobby under his supervision so that we could roam venice one last time! 10/10 service.
