Hotel WBF Sapporo Chuo

The location was good. There's also a lounge from 4PM to 11PM with some small snacks and drinks (for free!) There's also a coffee machine that you can access the whole day (I think from 6am??) The staff were also nice. You can also ask to change to another shampoo or conditioner that is available in the front desk.

The breakfast is a bento that you will take from the front desk every morning and eat at your room (maybe because of covid.) The bento was really nice, except that it's the same set every other day and so after some days I got a bit tired of it.

The check in staff were friendly and the gentleman who checked me in spoke English. I felt welcomed throughout my stay. They provided umbrellas when it rained, free drinks and snacks in the lobby after 4, free miso soup, coffee and select shampoo and bath salts to take to our room. The room was small but comfortable and clean. English movies on demand. The breakfast for child was appreciated and the adult breakfast was yummy and substantial. The hotel is located in central downtown area where you can walk easily to popular attractions. I would stay again

Nothing to dislike! Hotel provided everything you need while visiting the city.

I loved this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful, I made a mistake and booked for just myself instead of two people, but they were very understanding and helped me solve the issue with no problems at all. I was very thankful for that! The room itself was very clean and pretty, we got the highest floor and the view was opposite Sapporo tower. I'd definitely stay here again when I go back to Hokkaido!

The king size bed is actually just two mattresses put together, but the mattress itself is quite huge so it shouldn't be a problem.

The location is strategic as it is closed to many places within walking distance. We are family of 4 but book the room which can accommodate 6 persons with 2 toilets and shower rooms. The daily 30 mins of complimentary free flow of drink (include alcohol drink) and snack at the lounge is really a thumb up!

The breakfast option is very little.

Guests get one hour of free drinking, including draft beer and other spirits. Worth 1500 yen or more at bar prices. Lounge area is open from 4 PM for guests. I had a business meeting there and it was very convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful (and cute!) Beds are comfortable and the pillows are good (often not good in Japan hotels) Free coffee machine in lobby from 6, AM. Breakfast was amazing Japanese style served by a sweet Granny. Conveyor belt style vertical car parking, 1200 yen. 5 minute walk to Odori park, TV tower.

The hotel seems new and nice, the area between the elevator and the restaurant needs a little brightening up. The little hallway seems like a 1 star hotel compared to the rest of the place.

The internet connection is very slow. When I was there the speed of the internet just 12 Kbps. It feels like not in Japan. I hope Hotel management can increase the internet speed,

Very conveniently located with a lot of great places to eat. Located in the center of the city yet you can still enjoy morning stroll.

I wish there were some shelves in the room so that it would have been easier to organize our stuff.

The service in the hotel was exceptional

There was no option for the breakfast as a lot of people prefer continental breakfast and do not eat rice or fish. Shower caps required in the bathrooms.

The location was fantastic, right next to Odori station, Nijo market, Tanukikoji and a short walk from Susukino. Almost everything you could ever need. Room met my expectations, and there were even some free refreshments downstairs for your consumption.

Comfortable beds, good size room. Nice lounge area for drinks. Staff quickly addressed people who brought their child to the bar.

Unclear on breakfast, if included, where to get. Would prefer coffee in the room than downstairs.
