The room is spacious and well decorated. Tha bathroom and the bath tube are a treat. The restaurant is really good but is better to have the breakfast a la carte than including the breakfast. Great hotel!
I would only improve the gym, for being such a great hotel they can improve the devices and space of the gym and offer more than the average hotel gym experience with one treadmil, and a few dumbells.

there were some kids screaming outside the 2 nights we stay. other guests went out to ask them to be silence. and continúe. we ask to the front desk and their answer was that they were also guests. but it was 11:30 pm. and the hotel and destination it’s for rest and desconect from the city.

We LOVED EVERYTHING!!! we travel a lot but this was by far one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in plus all of the staff are AMAZING!!!!! Will for sure stay at Hotel Bo again next year and recommend anyone looking to relax and to be well taken care of to stay here too.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The service at hotel BO is beyond expectation. It is the best example of Mexican warm hospitality. Great attention to detail. The overall design is original, balanced, welcoming and cozy. I had the best meals at the restaurant, the bar and the terrace. The rooms are spacious, cozy and so comfortable! Hotel BO has the perfect location. And is by far the number one choice when visiting San Cristobal De Las Casas

I like the comfort and the place in general. The food was great, the bread for breakfast was excellent and the staff was really handy.
The hot water takes time to come out and I didn´t like all the water that its waste becasue of this.
