Hotel ANB Aeropuerto Guadalajara

It was near the airport and included a shuttle for our flight. The room was clean and comfortable. AC and hot water worked great and made it easy to get ready for our flight. Also very little noise for being by the airport and the highway

The food in the diner is not the greatest, but it will get you by for the night/morning if you need to eat before your flight.

The staff was very kind and they helped a lot with a little issue that I had , everything was clean and they have a really good water pressure , for the price it was really good 😊 . They offered us a taxi to the airport at no extra cost , of course you can give him a tip.

When we got to the hotel room, there was a cigarette smell in the bathroom ,but just that everything else was clean.

The hotel is minutes from the Guadalajara airport and provides an immediate, friendly and free shuttle to the airport. (Even at 5am!) The man who checked us in at 4PM was still on duty at 5AM the following morning. He had promised a prompt shuttle when we checked in and he provided it the following morning. This was a wonderful experience!

Nice hotel, good value for money, nice breakfast, clean, comfortable, staff very really nice too. Nothing exceptional but nothing lacking either.

The biggest issue I had was the table dancing club across the road. Music from 12am to 6am, it was horrible and I couldn't sleep - it was a Saturday night and not the fault of the hotel but I went there to rest and sleep after a long trip so was disappointing. Would recommend a room on the other side of the hotel, away from the main street (I was too tired to move and already in bed at this point)

The location to the Airport was very convenient. I liked the amenity of the restaurant downstairs. The space in the rooms are comfortable.

They offer a shuttle to the airport, but not a shuttle FROM the airport. They have the complementary shuttle badge so I thought was a bit misleading.

Someone NOT at the front desk to greet the guest. As a previous housekeeping manager, I look for details around the room, and I found that there is a need to train housekeeping staff in techniques to clean corners.

Extremely helpful staff. We were bounced off an early morning flight. Retirned to the hotel even after the checkout, they let us stay till next fligh in late afternoon, given coffee and free airport transfer, unlimited time on a computer. Super-helpful and nice.

Staff has excellent customer service skills. Assisted me with bus reservations. Arranged taxi service. Provided local information. I have stayed here before and would book again for any future trips to Guadalajara. Excellent option for the money and location near airport and bus terminal.

I liked the modern look and the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff is super nice and helpful and did their best to leave us satisfied with the experience.

The AC wasn't as cold as it was last time I stayed here. I would have preferred it to be a little cooler or at least have the option to decrease the temperatue.

I wished we had been told we could have had an freshly prepared omelette..Instead of what was prepared.. Room clean..but very noisy being in highway end of the Hotel.. Good experience..over all..
