The perfect place to stay if you are flying out of Guadalajara Airport - free shuttle to and from terminals - book at reception, literally 5 mins drive away. Comfortable large rooms with A/C - super comfy beds, great bathrooms with large shower and plenty of hot water. Complimentary water in room and a free drink on arrival at the bar. We ate at the bar, food was great. Was also super impressed with the breakfast buffet. hot and cold options, lots of choice...the chef made me the most delicious omelet on the hot plate whilst I watched, then finished with fresh fruit and yogurt and lashings of coffee. I would definitely stay here again, so relaxing before our 26 hours of flying back to New Zealand.

Hardly a criticism but the pillows were not the best and the reception staff, whilst efficient...were not welcoming.

Our stay at Ramada Encore by Wyndham was exceptional. From the attentiveness to my questions by staff to the attention in details of our stay, it was everything I needed and more. I would recommend this location for their amenities, and its close proximity to the airport. Main attractions are a bus ride away and while there aren't a lot of things to do nearby (tourism attractions) the stay is simply relaxing and worthwhile due to its high speed internet, delicious breakfast, amazing beds and recreational activities. I am not familiar with Guadalajara so the importance of being close to the airport was most important yet I was satisfied by the public transportation and how accessible everything was.

I traveled during the warmer months of the year so I expected the heat and could feel the warmness in the hallways of the hotel but the rooms were perfect with its AC.

It’s what you need for an “Airport” hotel. Facilities are very good, clean and the location is unbeatable. Literally 5 min to/from the Airport. Plus, you have a hotel shuttle every 30 min if you don’t have a car. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Although everything was fine with the hotel, one specific detail was annoying to experience. This one, like many more hotels have this rule of knocking every single door of the hotel so they know if a guest is out or not, for many reasons, checkout purposes, cleaning, etc. We are now in 2023 with many many tools to know that instead of knocking every single door and to annoy all the guests that are sleeping just to do a protocol.

It’s a brand new hotel. Everything in an excellent condition. The receptionist speaks perfect English even I arrived at 1 AM in the morning he was very positive and polite. He helped me to finish a 26 hrs day in a good mood. The room was very clean and smells fresh. The bath was clean with all u expect. The breakfast was for free I even didn’t know. The chef 👩‍🍳 didn’t speak English so she organized within seconds a male partner who speaks English fluently. Even the free Shuttle to the airport was driven by a professional and helpful driver and on time. Perfect

only one things the app said the hotel provide the transport for the aeropuerto but they nevera said they charged for that even the front desk said nothing about it and I asked them and they said it's ok then when we where in the aeropuerto the Man charged 120.00 mx and I had to paíd 50.00 dlr. because I didn't had change I think you have to let know all the charges so we know how much we need to have in cash

It is conveniently located for airport travel. The restaurant served good food for dinner and the breakfast was very good as well.

Access is good, on a very busy main highway, but if you’re going there in the dark, from the airport, avoid the closest retorno tunnel. You may get stopped for a shakedown with no way out. Make your drive a little bit longer and safer by going to the next closest turn around.

Buffet breakfast is very good, but is not served early enough for people who need to fly at 6 am. Since the breakfast isalready paid for, it would be nice to have a to-go bag, or at least some snacks/drinks available for early travelers.

The restaurant could be better , they took forever and when I got the food it was cold already , my burger was ok my daughters wings terrible , I did like the fact that you get 2 free drinks 🥃🥃

Wonderful beds and very clean rooms. Breakfast selection was great and staff very friendly. Very good customer service at the restaurante and bar. All the time.

When we arrived the staff member at the front desk was not able to answer questions about the facilities. Such as smoking areas, breakfast time, etc. It is located on the freeway so it is noisy and without any restaurantes close by.
