Huerta restaurant food from buffet was not good at all. The ladies they have for Omelet/quesadilla station are a total mess delivering messiest omelets and broken fried eggs I have ever seen. We stayed and visited Huerta restaurant at Pedregal location and the food there was outstanding. i sent suit and shirt to be dry cleaned. shirt received was very creased on neck area and badly pressed on sleeves.

We love everything!! The room, the food was amazing!!! Specially The staff was great. I was traveling with my grandmother who is 89 years old and she was extremely happy with the service, she also received some fruits as present. Thank you very much to everyone. The location was great!! A bit far from the center but very safe and nice surroundings. My grandmother is asking to return to the hotel!!

We have two suggestions; as a 5 starts Hotel, it should have USB Charger facility in the rooms or somewhere at the hotel. Also, coffee and tea facility in the room would be great. as many hotels around the world do. Everything else was amazing.

The A/C its not on and rooms dont have natural venilation and large cristal windows make the rooms feel very hot even on cold evenings And hotel personnel does not undestand that evrn the outside temperature is quite low in the upper rooms its a oven feeling when the a/c compressors are shut(ussualy late at night ) Restaurant has not being able to return to irs ussual good menus and offers very Limited menus

I liked how well suited and decorated was the room. The mattress was so comfortable- I slept as a new born. The office chair and desk in the room were comfy, I could tell that those were high quality.

I was disappointed in the poor performance of the WiFi because I paid a daily connection rate, expecting a high speed connection to do my work and attending video phone call. I just gave up and I preferred to go to Starbucks on the corner.

I was delighted about the assigned room, it was well distributed and decorated. I loved the mattress size and that it was quite comfortable. The free WiFi connection ran smoothly. I was pleased with room cleaning service. There was a wide variety of food at the morning buffet.

- a coffee maker would have been nice to have in the room - complimentary water in the room is good, but the bottles are very small - a small table to go with the resting chair would have been nice

room was very spacious and clean. big and comfortable bed. staff was very friendly and helpful

towels in the bathroom were old everything else was perfect

it was well located and very enjoyable. sadly, the restaurant and the service costs to much for what the stay offers. A really good place to stay the night, but not good for dinning or eating.
