The service was very good. Miguel in the reception, Agustín at the restaurant and Magi at the restaurant were really amazing. They deserve a big raise The size of the room was very good Perfect to have metrobus just outside The staff were really helpful having kids The restaurant has good food and the service you get from Agustin and Magi makes it so worth having your breakfast there.

We had to phone several times to the reception to get enough towels and toilet paper In one dinner we had at the restaurant (a new year dinner) the waiter came with the bill and wrote how much he wanted to have as tip. You just don't do that.

The hotel was in a good location it felt safe. The bed was very comfortable and it was great having a kitchenette since I traveled with my three year old and I needed to heat up dinners for her.

I originally reserved for a king size bed. when I arrived to the hotel they couldn’t find my reservation and they gave me two queen beds. The shower head didn’t have good pressure the water was leaking from the roof. I wish the tv had English channels and when we tried to purchase a on demand movie I had to walk downstairs to add my credit card when I had already used it to reserve and pay for my stay. they could have used that credit card. They had no menu for room service I called the concierge and they gave me over the phone a brief list of what they had. I ended up going out to get food.

I like the location of this hotel very much. The checking in staff was nice to inform us there was a penalty for an early cheking in and they offer us to wait 15 minutes to avoid it. We accepted, of course. Good size of the room. We would be back because of the location.

We left the room at 10 in the morning. When we got back at 5 pm, the room was not being cleaned. Finally, they find a staff who did it. The matress is old. They give you one cup of coffee as a cortesy, and charge for the next one, even if there is a couple in the room.

The room was very comfortable, and a great size for 2 people, with 2 double beds. It had a smart TV, great for watching movies, coffee making facilities and a desk - all extra touches to help with feeling at home. The location seemed a bit out of it, but because of this it was also very quiet, which seems to he hard to find in Mexico City! Also really appreciated the gym, which was well equipped. Overall a great place to spend my first few days in Mexico.

The location is perhaps the only downside, as it's about 20 mins from any of the city centre sights. But this meant it was very quiet, and taxis are cheap and easy.

It was unexpected to have a beautiful open view, TV, desk and even a small kitchen. Beds were comfortable and air conditioner was working nicely. Location is very convenient, a lot of places to shop and eat, and easy access to the metro bus station.

Shower room door did not close, because the tiles on the floor was not done properly, but it was not really a problem.

Overall eveything was really nice and comfortable. Staff was great, room and bad was big enogh, you have a nice view to the city. Its quite far from city center, but its manegable to drive there with a car or taxi (15-20 min).

Breakfast was not great. It was not bad, but for this price you can find in Mexico City something better.

The location and facilities were very nice. The room good size and comfortable, but the bathroom felt very plain and ‘cold’. The crystal doors and partitions did not provide enough privacy.

The room doors slammed too strong and made a loud noise. The shower towels felt very rough.

Staff is one of the worse I've met in 3 years living in Mexico (unfriendly, incompetent, from front desk to restaurant...) The lobby is really not welcoming.

I booked this room for my mother who was recovering from a surgery and she told me that the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. They help her to buy her meds and even send someone, twice a day, to her room to measure her blood pressure. I'm very grateful with them for taking such good care of my mother.

the hotel has a great location, room size was good and cleanning was very nice, staff was very nice. Felt like a safe location. surroundings was nice as well.

shower was not good, shower door didnt shut properly, not enought towels had to request everytime, room service food quality was mediocre.
