Hyatt House Mexico City Santa Fe

The staff was excellent, very courteous, professional but above all very warm. There are many activities to do inside the facilities as well and the food is exceptional, my favorite without a doubt was the breakfast. The location of the hotel is honestly one of the safest spots in the city, no matter the time of day or night you can walk around the neighborhood without any problem, its also located pretty much 30 minutes from every major Hotspot area or city attraction. The rooms are also nicely and comfortably designed.

The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The rooma has everything you need, including mi fridge, microwave and coffee machine. The toiletries in the bathroom are good quality. Location is great.

Parking is expensive even with the discount for hotel guests. They dont take cards to pay the parking ticket, and there are no ATMs in the building. It would be easier if you were able to pay the parking at the hotel, to have it charged to your card.

I really like the buffet, so delicious. Also it was an amazing experience for me and my couple, so comfy and very good, definitely perfect to stay a few days and have a great time alone with your couple and enjoy the amenities. The pool temperature was excellent, the rooms were very clean, everything was so nice!

There was nothing that I didn't like just the towels, in my opinion, I think the're a little bit small.

The water pressure in the shower is to die for!! and the pillows are just clouds in a pillow case. The tap water is drinkable which is super convenient. The kitchen is well equipped.

We got our food an hour after we ordered it. The food arrived cold. We asked for a brownie that they said was on the way but never came.

The hotel is a 5 * hotel it has all the amenities you can ask for in a hotel also it’s location is amazing staying in the 17th floor the Jew is breathtaking

The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The King suite is great, well appointed with a small kitchen/dining table that meets all needs. Clever living room arrangement with a tv that rotates to face the bedroom at night. Nice big windows providing lots of natural light. Perfect if you are visiting the neighboring ABC hospital, one of the best, which is connected by a sky walk.

Breakfast was busy and the order was half wrong and cold, but service was so good it made up for it.

We were there to tend to our son who'd had a serious accident and was in the ABC Santa Fe Hospital next door. It was an extremely stressful and demanding situation and the hotel, accessibly by a covered walkway, was our sanctuary. The staff was wonderful and so helpful at every turn.

The elevators are a bit confusing. :)

Bout that person or supervisor in restaurant in morning is only observing in a feel in sastafatori look whet take breakfast.

I did not like the staff from valet or the parking unhelpful rude kept making us go in circles acting like they didn’t know what we were saying. Overall disappointed with him since they are the first contact when you get to the hotel.

that someone of the staff told us that we have transportation 2kms around the hotel without any cost and it wasn’t true.
