The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. I also enjoyed the breakfast package that was included with my reservation.
The location is not the best. There is really nothing to do or places to visit nearby. You basically have to take taxis to go to the popular sites or historic downtown. Taxis get expensive fast. I would suggest that the hotel offer transportation or a shuttle to transport guests to attractions in the city at a minimal cost to the guests.

Spacious room, good location, metrobus station to the city center is near, it is easy for taxis to stop by. The area seemed safe, clean and quiet. Breakfast was nice, enough options to choose from (scrambled eggs, yogurt, sweet pastries,...) Staff was helpful and kind.
There was no fridge in the room, no safe and no teamaker (tea was free in the common area). Room keys that had to be used to unlock the elevator were not working reliably.

Good option for a short stay. The hotel is only 15 minutes from the AirPort. Good breakfast, you can buy additional Items for 50 pesos.
The room was quite small. I have already stayed in one hotel in a different city and i remember it was bigger. The recepcion was sometimes busy and only 1 person attending clients.

Exactly what we needed! A safe, clean, quiet, comfortable place to stay close to Central de Autobuses Norte. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The AC and everything else worked, including a good hot shower. The staff was extremely helpful. They let us store some food in their refrigerator, and called us a private taxi in the morning. The price was great and there was access to coffee and filtered water 24/7. And free delicious breakfast! We will definitely stay here again!
