Hotel VidaMar

Staff was phantastic, we arrive nearly in the morning with the night bus and they let us in the room right away, left with a night bus again and they let us stay in the room longer for a final shower. Super close to the beach and real nice place.

WiFi was pretty unreliable and lacked very often Very bright and cold light in the room, a warmer light would make staying in the room in the evening way more comfortable

Great location right on the beach with a market behind the hotel with all sorts of foods and smoothies etc and a bakery. We were backpacking so looking for social experience too, every day we just walked 15 minutes to LaPunta to socialise at the other hostels but it was nice coming back to a nice hotel with a double bed each after wards. Great air-conditioning and the staff are really helpful and friendly. The cleaner is really hardworking and the place is spotless. Definitely recommend even if you are a young backpacker.

Super nice,helpful and attentive staff, well sized and clean room, great AC, hot water, location is amazing (just across the beach and kind of “underneath”/behind the big Zicatela Market.

There’s a construction site next to the hotel but if you’re not planning on staying inside the room all day it shouldn’t bother you.

The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very clean. It was in a great location to the Mercado and we enjoyed the short walk to Zicatela.

I would love to see it when they are done and there us more of a yard space.

the room was wonderful. the bed was super comfortable. best shower in all of Mexico! very clean. AC was an added bonus. hotel is a bit out of the main area so nice and quiet

there are no other amenities at the hotel: no kitchen, no drinking water, no outdoor seating area.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked the location, close to the beach and Zicatela, La Punta and El Mercado.

I look forward to the site having finished grounds, a nice yard area, that would make it ideal!!

Big bathroom, new facilities and large shower, good Aircon, good WiFi that worked in the room, good price

Location is a little far from the main area, but still on the main strip by the beach. When we needed to leave to get our bus the guy at reception tried to call us a cab but one never came so we had to run down to the main area to catch a taxi in time.

the host are extremely nice and helpful people. the rooms are spacious and very clean.

the area is very calm and silent but unfortunately the hotel isn’t- u constantly hear some bed scratching on the floor from the other rooms.. the accoustics are not the best. it would help if they would adpat some softeners to the bottom of the beds.

The location is great, mid-way between La Punta and the popular spots in Zicatela. There is a great market right behind the hotel too. Staff is super helpful. This is a really good value

Good central location on Zicatela. The building is brand new, so the rooms are clean, modern and everything works well.

The walls are paper thin so you can hear noise from other guests. The location itself, however, is very quiet.
