Pargos Hotel & Cowork

For the first part of our stay, we upgraded to a sea view room! The view made the entire trip, the room was comfortable, clean, large and bright. Cesar and Inti were great, really kind, helpful and always smiling. Cesar went above and beyond to help us out when we wanted to extend our stay last minute. He also helped us out with a few trip admin stuff. Great location, right behind the ADO station, right next to Chedraui, this area of P.E is the cheapest for food. some greatttt food options around (we miss it). 17 min walk to beaches. We would 100% stay here again, especially in the sea view rooms

The kitchen (cries). Needs an upgrade, a clear-out, new utensils, and a deep deep clean. I think that because the kitchen is already cluttered and dirty, guests do not feel as though they need to help keep it clean (do not clean after themselves). Its usable, especially if you're willing to go to the supermarket next door and buy your own utensils, maybe some paper plates/bowls etc. Literally the only downfall.

Great location - close to PE beaches, next to all transportation possibilities - within PE and as well 'camionetas ' for Masunte, Zipolite and other beaches etc., pleasant helpful staff (Daniel, Itli etc.), my room was a kitchenette 405, on the top floor - very nice and spacious, luminous, strong A/C, I would stay here again

I did not have hot water for 2 days as the water boiler/heater (installed in the corridor) was constantly being extinguished by the air floor coming from the roof. I had to get the reception boys to light the gas again and again and then I had hot water. This should be fixed in a different way I believe (perhaps keep the roof doors closed all the time etc.) . There were some carpenters' works carried out on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon til 18.00, that was unfortunate and noisy.

Location, supermarket next door, taco shops, pharmacy, phone shop, bars next door. 10 min walk to 2 best beaches Manzanillo and Playa principal. Room cleaned daily, comfortable spotless, hot water showers. Pool, free water and always happy, helpful staff. Would definitly recomend

Shame to have a big smart tv not connected to internet so we can sign in to our netflix account, and to have a fuzzy picture from dodgy ariel connection. Lovely balcony looking out to sea but needs to be swept daily, always covered in cigarette ash and bird poo

I stayed in 2 different rooms at this property, having extended for 3 more nights. This is the aircon room. A large, comfortable, double bed with aircon that worked well. Excellent shower and hot water throughout the day. Swimming pools were a welcome relief from the heat, nice and clean. 5 mins walk from the beach. Right next door to Chedraui and a Tasso place. Lots of restaurants in the immediate vicinity and OXXO 3 mins walk for your morning coffee. Staff were lovely. *Brilliant Wi-Fi.

One pillow was like a brick!

amazing and helpful staff, we had a little issue with the room received (strange worms in front of our door and around the pool) but the swapped the room for us and gave us the better one on higher floor, we liked the location and the price so extended our stay for one more night

access to the internet was quite problematic - everyday we had to go to the reception and asked for an unique code for each device to log in which was a bit of a pain as those often didn’t work, equipped kitchen could be a nice addition - there is a place to eat but no utensils provided

Really friendly and helpfull staff, nice location and we could leave our luggage there for the whole day. Even hab a beach shower and a clean public bathroom where you can take a shower after the beach and before leaving for a night bus. Great deal!

Only: wifi did not work. But we didnt let them know because it was fine for us. We used our own wifi (sim card). And regarding all the pluses they offer... the wifi thing is...not a big deal. I think they have a stable cable wifi or sth for people who want to work online there but im not sure...

The hotel was brilliant. My room was large, clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy and the wifi was very strong. The hotel is right next to a supermarket for provisions and a short walk to the beach and a street full of eating options. Plenty to see and do around the immediate vicinity. It is located about 30m from the OCC bus terminal and about 1.3 km from the other bus terminal (about 50 -60 pesos in a taxi). I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nothing to dislike, the place was great.

Really delicious breakfast, freshly cooked from the super nice staff. Comfortable apartment, good A/C, and bonus points for the cute cat. We did a dolphin tour organized from the hotel which was great and they helped us whenever we had questions.

The staff hardly speaks any English but we were fine with our limited knowledge of Spanish and google translate so that's not really an issue.

The co-working space was great! And beautiful. The a/c worked well, and the water was warm in the bathrooms. Staff were friendly. The location was far from the beach, up a pretty steep hill. There was great street food right around the corner though, and being beside the chedurai was very convenient. Quiet, but enough people to not feel lonely.

Unsure if it was a temporary, but the kitchen was closed. There was only a microwave and fridge, but no utensils.

Staff was very friendly. Room, bathroom and building are clean and beautifully decorated. The pool area and balconies are beautiful and full of plants. The space is very vibrant with a joyful, calming energy. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was at night. Right beside the big grocery store was a plus.

The wifi didn’t work for my entire 4 day stay. There were multiple different networks and none were working, staff didn’t try to fix or accommodate for that and seemed pretty disinterested in there being an issue with guest wifi.
