Four Points by Sheraton Cancun Centro

The room was nice and very spacious as well as the shower and bathroom. The bed is very comfortable and there is plenty of space to store stuff and open the luggage. The staff was nice and friendly everywhere. The roof-top has a nice view as well and the pool is nice and relatively big. The parking was easy and comfortable to use as well as not crazy with the prices. The breakfast was good and some of the items vary from a day to an other, it is nice to have other options.

The pillows were not to my liking, it looks like Latin America has different habits with pillows. The roof top pool is very nice but there should be more umbrellas for more shade during the sunny moments. Things were clean in general and that was enough for us but never impeccable. It is preferable to have a car as it is a little far from main things in the center. Even with all these small details we really enjoyed our stay and would book there again with great pleasure.

beautiful comfy room with a great hot powerful shower. the bed was nice and firm and the aircon worked well. the pool area is really beautiful

coffee in the room didn’t work - awful, so had to order room service the whole time which gets expensive. a challenge for vegans - I would recommend eating out rather than there. I requested a vegan salad one evening, which was a challenge itself, and they charged me nearly 200 for it, which made more expensive than anything on the menu. most of the staff were really wonderful and helpful. do note the substantial tax that isn’t on the price and not obvious on Booking. my stay ended up being £150 more than I thought!

*Frequent traveller with high expectations* I had several issues with other hotels around Cancun airport regarding cleanliness and staff attitude so I had low expectations for FP by Sheraton. Slightly further away from the other airport hotels, it costs 400 pesos and 15 mins in a taxi to get there- not bad. The hotel allowed me to check in early and stay during the day after checking out to use the pool and gym facilities. The staff were polite. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the room. It wasn’t perfectly clean but it was the best I’ve experienced in Cancun. The shower had good pressure and temperature; black out blinds; some English speaking channels on tv; free water and coffee in the room. Overall better than I expected given some of the negative reviews for it. The rooftop pool and gym were nice and clean, not too many people about so I was able to read my book in peace. They also had shower and steam facilities that I was able to use before my flight. If I had to book another Cancun airport hotel I would choose this one.

There was an issue regarding the payment when I arrived as it was a few $ more than booking told me it would be, as it wasn’t much and they had upgraded me and allowed me to check in early I accepted the few $ overpayment. The food quality wasn’t great - but I’m a gluten free vegan so I often struggle. The staff did try to accommodate me, but if I could have found somewhere outside of the hotel I would have preferred that. It was the food that let it down, but again it wasn’t bad per se, just not some good Mexican I would have wanted.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. I had surgery so it was very convenient that the Galena hospital was a five minute walk. I really enjoyed the restaurant. The staff was very accommodating. Plenty of high-pressure hot water.

The rooms need renovation. The wallpaper is stained. There is no finish left on the bathroom sink. The walls need insulation desperately. When the house keeping crew start cleaning before 8 AM on a Sunday, I could hear everything. It sounded like bowling balls were being dropped. the coffee in the room was subpar. The Internet was abysmal. Really no excuse for that.

room was very big and spacious. shower room was huge, like I've never seen before. that was great. room is fairly ok not much to say in terms of decor. the window does not open AT ALL.... claustrophobia.

the window in my room did not open for ventilation AT ALL.... claustrophobia. some very slow and unhelpful staff members in front desk. understaffed I guess. at the restaurant/bar the service was better but lacking somehow. went for breakfast one day but found the options very uninteresting. hotel location is complicated, there is NOTHING around, no restaurants or anything. somewhat close to the airport though....

Room was big and comfortable. The bathroom was enormous. Upgrading to a larger room was the best

The people here were wonderful! It was the perfect location for us. Both restaurants are really good. The pool is peaceful and there is a nice view from the gym. Our room was spacious and comfortable and housekeeping always did a great job. My little poodle and I will be back again soon. Thanks eveveryone!

The property is conveniently located to the airport and shops. The property is between the airport and the hotel zone (busy part). Las Americas Mall is few minutes walk from the hotel. Staff were so helpful and friendly, good breakfast too. Internet is good. The room is so clean, I love the balcony.

The swimming pool needs a bit of cleaning.

The staff were very helpful and always friendly. There are a lot of seating areas in the lobby. The breakfast buffet had many choices and the breakfast menu was also available. Our room was very comfortable, the facilities we used - pool, gym - were good.

Staff were wonderful, great food and liked all the recycling bins around, even in each room.

Air conditioning not really working in the gym, made it uncomfortable, large windows turn it into a greenhouse.
