Amazing breakfast buffet, super friendly staff, cozy hotel without any kids. Nice pool but could be a bit bigger. Good location. Good prices for drinks by the pool.

Beds were not comfortable and it was a bit dark in the room. Hotel could use some renovation but it was clean and nice. Hotel is full of mature people so it might not be the best choice for younger couples of friend companies.

Good breakfast with quick drinks service. The choice was not huge but enough for our short stay. Staff were able to make up a boxed breakfast as we left early one day for an excursion (box included banana, ham and lettuce sandwich and pain au chocolate). Excellent location with beautiful space to sit by the pool/jacuzzi.

Some days there were no sun beds available to use by the pool as some people had reserved with towels. I feel that this could be better monitored by staff.

The pool area was lovely, the food and drinks at the bar were reasonable with a daily happy hour. It was very well located in the centre

There is no onsite parking. We paid extra to include the massage option and we were told the massage was 50 minutes but it felt short on the first day so the following day I checked the spa clock when it started and finished and it was only 35 minutes. DO NOT buy your Coco Bongo tickets from them, coco bongo is directly across the street but we bought our tickets from the hotel thinking they might make some commission, we were assured we would pay exactly the same as buying tickets direct. This was absolutely not the case, we got charged a terrible rate for USD conversion and with the 5% card fee paid an extra €40 for 2 tickets! To be honest this really tainted our experience of the hotel

Beautiful hotel with super nice pool and spa. The garden is super green and luscious. It feels and looks like a boutique hotel and for the price is a great value for your money. The staff of the reception was really nice.

We had a spa session included. Because I had some questions to book a separate massage we started the spa treatment late and the staff didn't let us finish the spa treatment, ushering us out the door. I didn't appreciate this very much.

Wow, if you're thinking of booking at this hotel - just do it! I booked this hotel at 5 AM the morning of and showed up at 7 AM. The hotel was fully booked so I didn’t get my room until the afternoon, but the staff allowed me to use the facilities until then. I took advantage and decided to have breakfast by using 1 of my breakfasts earlier and I relaxed by the pool. I am so thankful I took the time to review this hotel and jumped on the opportunity. I came here alone, a single female traveler, and stayed here for 2 days. I highly recommend this hotel for rest, relaxation, and if you're solo traveling. I loved that it was secluded from the chaos of being close to a busy intersection. I felt like a private oasis from the moment I arrived and walked through the doors. You are steps away from all the action. I loved relaxing by the pool, and the hotel gives you guest passes to check out Beach Bars which was a 15-minute walk through a very lively street. I felt safe at all times, and I walked the streets morning to night solo. The morning breakfast, sitting outside was another plus as well. Everything was delicious and the staff were all so friendly. I need to give a special shout-out to, Eliezer, he welcomed me into the hotel and guided me with everything to expect during my stay. He was very helpful, and knowledgeable and always took care of my needs when I asked him for anything. Thank you, I will stay here again.

The location was perfect, less than 5 minutes away from 5th avenue, but no problems with the noisiness from the street/clubs. We really enjoyed the pool area and the Jacuzzi. A quiet courtyard in a busy center. The size of the room was real good. The sink was outside of the bathroom, enough space for your belongings. You can park your car in front of the hotel for a few minutes to check in. We parked our car 2 streets away from the hotel, in a parking lot (name: Tendenza). It was 200 pesos for 24 hours. High speed wifi available. Buffet breakfast was really great, there is an egg-station. A lot of choice.

Bathroom needs maintenance. We unplugged the refrigerator because of its noice. We got a free 30-minute entrance to the spa area with our booking, but it wasn't really special. We had 10 minutes each for the Jacuzzi, pool and steam-bath, staff member told us every 10 minutes to switch with other visitors. Not worth spending extra money on it.

The pool is beautiful - set in a beautifully, well-kept courtyard. The rooms are big! We loved the on-site bar and Irma was wonderful there. The whole hotel staff is wonderful and welcoming and helpful. This is our 2nd trip here. The hotel is on the corner of Calle 12 and 10th Avenue... Coco Bongo is 1/2 block away. 5th Avenue is 1 block away.... the beach where we like to sit - Coco Loco.... is 6 blocks away but the closest beach could be 3 blocks away. Food, pharmacies, convenience stores - very close by. Amazing place and people. Really liked the hydrotherapy we did every day as part of our rate. Breakfast is very good also. We will be back. There is a safe and a fridge in your room plus very effective air conditioning.

Only got very tepid water in shower but if you ran the sink - the shower water would heat up.... Run it slowly and barely on or you will flood the room.

Bed-incredibly comfortable Facilities- very nice Location- right in the heart of it all. Somehow you can’t hear it though! But what shines above is the staff. They obviously take great pride in being as friendly and as helpful as possible. We have stayed in hundreds of hotels, the staff here surpasses that we’ve encountered at Ritz, Waldolf, Four Seasons, etc. The aforementioned competition may have a leg up in money they can spend on their facilities, but it doesn't put them above the staff of the Blue Magic Spa! We will return!!!

Uhhhh nothing, maybe a free case of Casa Azul??? Haha Nothing disappointed us.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. Great location, too! It’s smack dab in the middle of a large cluster of restaurants and only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. We ate Mediterranean, Mexican, Thai, Japanese.. I was very impressed with the options in the area!Additionally, there is an on-site restaurant at the hotel that is staffed with very friendly and warm people and has delicious food! The hydrotherapy spa which was included in our stay was a daily treat. We also got massages during our stay which was a great experience! The happy hour is an amazing deal. And as you can see by the pictures, the pool is obviously beautiful. Loved the hammock that we had on our porch, too! I will definitely be coming back!
