Wifi enough good, bed a bit hard for me, no soft bed, very good position if u like to stay in the center, staff friendly, beach very close to the hotel and in general good point from where to visit the center of plays del carmen, interior room are noise safe but room on the street different situation cause the noise outside till 3 am, good structure in any case, possible I will come back.

Cucaracha (animal ) on my bed, best cleaning of ceiling lamp is suggested, i didn t like to wait more than 20 min for breakfast, totally to re organize this service for hotel customers. People cannot wait so much in the morning, make the restaurant available for hotel cust only in the morning.

The location was very central. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

We arrived 1 hour before check in and they wanted us to store our luggage foe 100 pesos for the hour. We refused and sat and waited in the lobby only to find out at time of checkin our room had been ready all that time. This was our 7th hotel on this trip and the first that wanted money for storing our luggage.

amazing and lovely staff! they remembered me and helped with anything I needed! the bed was comfy. the breakfast was high quality home-cooked eggs and toast and orange juice and coffee/tea! the AC had variable settings for whatever we needed. the shower temperature was great.

my first room had Wi-Fi reach problems the made my video call online lessons impossible, but the team at the front desk communicated with each other to resolve it for me and place me in a better spot and fix the internet. I was very happy with them!

The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable and have everything you need. The wifi worked better then most places and was accessible everywhere in the hotel Daniel the front desk was an amazing guy and i am sure it is because of him everything runs well and worry free Daniel is a very pleasant guy with great command of the english language and is always ready to help you with anything you need. He is able and willing to resolve any issue you have and will go above and beyond to ensure your stay is the best it can be! The location of the hotel is perfect and close to everything. The hotel restaurant is basic but the staff are super friendly and they are great at what they do! Both the day and evening cook are awesome and will do what they can to provide you with a great quality meal

Cleaning staff do a good job but you have to keep your valuables safe because the temptation is very strong in their poor economy. I would not advise you to keep money in your room when you are not there or anything of value that you want to keep including food and beer the cleaning staff are very friendly but i did have a great amount of money stolen that was put away secure and out of sight as well ad food and beer from my fridge that was taken. This happened every few days so just be careful and always be cautious of what you leave in your room even if it is packed away or Hidden or even in the safe

Cucaracha on my bed falling from the lamp neon ceiling, too much time waiting for breakfast , restaurant should be available for hotel cust only, not external people in the morning,.no possible to sit on stairs for 20 min before to be able to sit on a table

All the staff members are very friendly and treat you really nice.

The first day of my reservation they gave me the Keys for my room and when I enter to the room, I see it was kind of small for my family so we when to reception and we tell them that we want a bigger room and they moved us without a issue. Everything was good! Just the shower heads it was not plenty of water coming from the shower room but, it was ok.

The pool was clean the service was great it’s in the center of playa Del Carmen the restaurant was wonderful nothing negative to say

There was nothing I didn’t like I understand there was some construction going around one side of the pool but it was really nothing uncomfortable it was just repairing some tubing it didn’t affect the pool because it was not anywhere near it it was just a wall on theSide

The Room size and the location. We didn’t hear the bar noise from Quinta Avenida. You can get friendly budget authentic Mexican meals at The Mercado behind the hotel.

There were remodeling the kitchen while I was there. Nothing else wrong with the property.

The staff was very nice, especially the young man working evenings who was incredibly helpful. We had an upgrade to the Junior Suite, which is a very good option for a family. Beds were big and comfortable. Great location near the 5th Avenue and the ADO. For the price, this was an excellent option for an otherwise expensive city!

Included breakfast was one slice of bread per person and a tiny portion of fruit. I don't recommend getting the continental breakfast; for the price it would be better to get the American breakfast or to just order à la carte.

Location is great. Close to the action.

The receptionist who knew me after having been a relatively longtime guest, didn't smile or wasn't friendly as I checked out after all the time I spent there.
