Super nice garden, beautiful room, comfy bed. Tough to find via Google maps, only thanks to instructions from the management we were able to find it. Still a bit difficult though

Street and amusement park nearby makes it pretty noisy especially on higher up floors.

Spent the night in Terasu Rivera Maya on our way from Tulum to Isla Mujeres. It was convenient for our needs as we had rental car and thorough information was provided from Terasu Rivera Maya which more than covered everything that was needed. Accomodation was located close to Cancun-Tulum highway next to Xcaret park entrance. Room was modern and clean especially when compared to Mexico standards - hot shower with decent water pressure and comfortable bed was all that we needed after long day. Also the staff was extremely helpful and the fruits and sweat bread as complimentary breakfast was a nice addition.

I booked this hotel because of the location, and it was great, very close to Xcaret and Xplor so when the parks closed and we were tired we got there very easy. The hotel is very clean, and maintained, but away from any restaurants or night life so we did have to drive to Playa del Carmen anyway every day to eat, and look around. Very quiet though, and we were able to have a good night sleep.

There were only two things we didn't like...the pool water is too cold and for the weather not being so hot in January we did need warmer water to be able to get in. There's many trees that give shade to the pool and prevent the sun from warming it. Also in room 3303 the TV in the bedroom did not work, and it seems to be a problem with the WIFI that the staff is aware of. They did apologize for the inconvenience.

Really nice spot, accessible if you have a car. It seemed safe. We had problems in finding the place (it was dark) because GoogleMaps leads you through a closed road, but with daylight it should be ok. Downside: there's an entertainment park nearby, so until 10 pm you hear people screaming while on a zipline.

Loved that it was tucked away in the jungle. It was very natural and we couldn’t hear the freeway at all... very quiet and peaceful. The staff at Terasu were all so friendly and welcoming! We felt like we had our own little apartment, a welcome place to come back to after the days activities. A huge bonus was seeing and feeding the monkeys that live behind the property!! Also, we really liked the breakfast place and bakery called Pan & Selva just down the road.

Very unique beautiful place in the jungle. Peace and tranquility. Well maintained. I just love to drink my morning coffee there in the garden.Bonus for opportunities to see monkeys on the trees.Walking distance from Xences ( amazing place to visit). Nice bakery on the street.For sure we will be back one day.

it’s located right next to Xplor which was what we wanted but we still had to drive to playa del Carmen a lot to eat. well maintained and relaxing. the rooms are beautiful!

the pool is cold. there’s too many trees blocking the sun. room 3303 the TV does not work. the property seems to know about it. the WI-FI does not reach that room.

The facility is beautiful, lush with local plants and wildlife. The staff is professional and attentive to guests. Air-conditioning was new.

Wildlife can be noisy at night, but guests learn to tune them out to get sleep.

Design and plant life. Customer service is great. Had a problem with the electricity and they more than made up for it by giving me a complimentary night.

The light went out and couldn’t use or charge electric appliances all night.

the breakfast offers breakfast but it is only fruits and bread. the property is very new tho so I guess it gonna improve it.
