out of the hustle and bustle of Tulum centre, relaxing calm vibes. staff were friendly. picturesque surroundings. penthouse apartments have a washing machine which is really nice bonus mid trip for washing beach towels etc

“hot water “ was like warm at the most , ok the weather is hot it’s manageable but sometimes nice to have a hot shower. adjoining room doors are not sealed - we could see and hear into our neighbours room and vice Versa- luckily for us we had fairly quiet neighbours but could be an issue.

The flat had a really well equipped kitchen (the blender was amazing). The washing machine worked great, they had a facility to hang clothes to dry. There are hammocks by the pool with lots of palm trees around which means there is plenty of shade. There's 24/7 water and coffee at the pool - amazing in a place where you can't drink tap water! Everything together really made for a very comfortable stay.

While Tulum is theoretically walkable, it felt much better to take the car to restaurants and the beach. The facility does offer free bike rental - but biking 20min to the beach at 30°C on a sunny road without a bike path didn't feel very appealing.

Modern and stylish hotel built with natural wood and stone materials, with good facilities and free parking. We rented a spacious apartment with a lovely balcony, and kitchen area which was great for making our own breakfast, coffee, and snacks. The pool and lounge area is nicely designed and a great place for chilling out after a day diving in cenotes or touring Sian Kaan. We asked for a late check-out which the helpful manager accommodated without any issues.

Unless you have your own car/transport it's a bit of a trek to the town centre although they do lend you free bicycles.

Beautiful hotel. Very relaxed jungle vibes with a great pool

It wasn’t on the main Tulum road so to get to the main area with a lot of the restaurants it was a bit of a walk. There are some restaurants and bars very close to the hotel but if you wanted to go to the main strip where it’s most buys it’s maybe 15/20mins min from the main hub of tulum town which was fine except it isn’t very well lit. It wouldn’t be great for solo travelers or females on their own? Can definitely make use of the bikes during the day but you can’t use them past 9pm which seems silly as you can’t take them out for dinner. We rented an ATV to get around easier.

Only had coffee during my stay at the hotel, but it was fresh coffee . However the restaurant steps away called the Blue Veleta is Awesome, the food is amazing and their rooftop is a whole vibe!

I think the rooms should have microwaves verse the small oven. And also should supply wash cloths for showering.

Beautiful site,the room are modern and clean,very quiet place,perfect to rest. Nice little eating spot around. 15 minutes walk to downtown Tulum,central enough that taxi rides are not too expensive. I felt secure walking at night even though the streets around are not very bright.

My room shared a door with another room and they could hear me when I was getting ready in the morning,I was listening to a podcast on my phone,obviously not pleasant for them,they couldn’t hear me anywhere else in the apartment

The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly (especially ‘el candelario’). There is free coffee at all hours which was a nice surprise! You can also rent their bikes for FREE leaving a deposit of 3000 per bike. The hotel is extremely peaceful and relaxing. There is a games room with ping pong and foosball! There is also a gym which you can use free of charge!

The shower pressure was really weak.. The location was a bit far out from the main center. There are quite a lot of mosquitoes. We had a room with an interconnecting door which was quite thin, allowing us to hear everything from the room next door.

Our double room with patio was quite comfortable and had a fantastic, easily adjustable AC system which was a nice respite from the warm days. We enjoyed all of the hammocks and the pool area was lovely as well. We took a few plunges into the cool water and laid on hammocks over the shallow area. The rental bikes were a great plus, there is a cash deposit you need to put down (3,000mxn per bike) until their safe return. We enjoyed cruising the city by bike and the parking area for our rental car was well-kept and felt safe.

Our unit had noticeable damage to walls from the humidity, probably not uncommon in this area but also likely not the best to breathe in. Bed was more like a queen though advertised as king sized.

This was such a stunning place. We got the penthouse suite with the private pool. Do it. Absolutely worth it, and honestly a really great value. Two private porches, ability to cook own food, huge comfortable bed, great water pressure, two bathrooms. Also they somehow have a beautiful scent in the air always. It was perfect!! Location is great too, you can have everything you need within 5 blocks of the place.

Some of the walls are moving, I think to offer the ability to connect two suites together. Although they are locked they do lead right into your neighbors suite, and you can hear everything. Didn’t bother us really but be warned if you’re seeking more privacy than that.

Very spacious and clean room, with an hammock next to the bed and a nice big balcony. The hotel is beautiful, and you can relax by the pool or have coffee and water in the garden. They have a nice little gym as well! The location is about a 20 minutes walk to the centre of Tulum, but there are a lot of nice cafes, restaurants, convenience stores and bars around.
