Aldea San Lam - Oasis Of Tulum

The apartment is located about a 20 minute walk from the Ado bus terminal in the city center. The location is in a very tranquil part of the city. The apartment itself is as pictured and was very clean and comfortable. There are bikes on the property which can be rented for 100 pesos a day. we were able to go downtown with them, (about 10 minutes), to the beach, (about 30 minutes), to the ruins, (about 30 minutes), and to the Big Cenote, (about 20 minutes). Should I visit Tulum again I would not hesitate to book this place.

The room was excellent it had everything we needed and more, very clean and efficient, the pool was really lovely and warm and cleaned daily. Outside was great for parking our scooter and area was perfect when you have a mode of transport, if your walking it’s not that far into town at all but it gets very hot quickly when walking.

The stairs can get very slippy when it rains as they are wood, so just be careful. Otherwise it was perfect.

The room was very nicely decorated, with a functional kitchenette and a good bathroom. The host was helpful and responsive. The whole place was private and serene with the view of the pool in the middle. We rented bikes at the property for a very fair price.

We arrived by bus to Tulum and walked to the place at night. The neighborhood wasnt well lighted, and was pretty deserted. I suggest using a taxi. In the morning we rented the bikes and the location didnt seem so far away to the centre as the night before.

Paco was an excellent host. He replied so quickly on Whatsapp if I had any questions at all. The room was lovely in size and the pool was gorgeous. The wifi was very good.

It was a touch more out of town than I was expecting, but you could hire bikes at the accomodation to easily get you anywhere!

We really felt as if we were in oasis and had a great stay here. Definitely nice surprise. The room and pool area is really nice and comfortable. Everything was clean and the room was well equipped. The owner stayed in touch during whole stay and provided us with help on planning our time in Tulum. We rented bikes from hotel.

Paco was an amazing host, providing great advice and recommendations for us, besides a great room with a full kitchenet, great wifi service, cable service stable, and great A/C, nice small pool and finishes

Location is not the best if you are planning to use the public transportation you'd need to walk or pay for a taxi. Also, the Windows mesh could be cleaner (dusty)

Beautiful and super comfy bed, with a gorgeous poll. You feel like home, as you have kitchen facilities, spacious room, and you come and go with complete independence. It is not far from the centre in a very silent and secluded a area- which is a rare find in Tulum. Plus, you have a coffee place, co-working and shops nearby.highly recommend.

Great place to stay and highly recommend to everyone! The apartments are super nice, clean and modern and have everything you need including kitchen, iron, hair dryer etc. Most importantly the owner is very nice and helpful and every time we needed something, we simply message and in 5 minutes he comes knocking to help us! Great service :)

Nothing to complain about!

This is a new facility a few blocks from the main shops, but clean and spacious. Paco was gracious and accommodating in every way. I rented a bicycle from them which was convenient. Free WiFi had good bandwidth and the room included a full kitchen. The small pool is just right for a refreshing dip, and the design assures security.

It is the best hotel we stayed at. The "room" is actually an entire apartment. You have a kitchen, and a very comfortable bench to watch your favourite movie. The pool is great, clean.

You have to have a bicycle or a scooter because it's a bit far away by walk from the city centre.
