Fiesta Americana San Luis Potosi

The junior suite was larger than expected and allowed us to spread out. and relax in style after a busy week. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even providing us with food at 4am, and resolving all our issues very quickly. The welcome platter was unexpected and was a superb touch by the hotel. The bathroom in general was spacious, clean and very sleek. The bath robes were comfortable. Location was really good and our view of the city was exquisite.

We didn't get to use the hotel facilities.

Great location, with a small mall nearby with shops, cinema and restaurants, also there is a supermarket just by the corner. The staff was exceptional, very friendly and eager to help. We stayed in Junior Suite which we recommend a lot, it was bigger than standard room. Beautiful view on the Tangamanga park. There is also a restaurant and bar, we enjoyed a breakfast buffet a lot, we also had a dinner there but if I had to choose i think we enjoyed our breakfast more than the dinner (dinner was nice, but not exeptional, while buffet breakfast is a must!) There is a decent variety of meals served and the staff is very attentive and quick.

No negative comments whatsovever. This is the best hotel in San Luis I have stayed in.

How clean and comfortable it was. Also the convenience of being close to everything.

The only inconvenience was the self parking. The concierge needed to validate every time and once we were already driving out validating was done I correctly and it took us over 40 minutes to get out of the parking lot because we need to duplicate the ticket.

The valet parking is confusing. There is a valet right in the entrance to the hotel but they do not service the hotel. They service the mall. The valet for the hotel is inside the hotel and you have to go in to find them. The hotel needs to fix this.

The hotel was modern and clean. My check-in was painless and quick. The room was spacious with a large TV. The bathroom was modern and had a nice large shower with good pressure and hot water. I was able to enjoy the pool during my stay. The room was stocked with bottled water which was very thoughtful.

Better TV channel choices.

Big room, lovely view (I was in 903). The bed was really comfortable. Helpful and friendly staff.

The live band in the restaurant was too loud. I was alone, but it would have been impossible to have a conversation.

Outstanding corona safety measures. Great room Service. Rich Breakfast buffet with good corona organisation. As I got infected at work I can confirm very comfortable quarantine and very effective cleaning measures. Easy to understand and polite service to get through quarantine. Big thanks to the Fiesta Team.

As non spanish not english mother tongue it was hard to understand the receptionist with mask plus face shield plus plastic separator.

The food was very good , dinner was excellent with some really tasty Mexican dishes . Breakfast also was very good . Will definitely stay again if your hotels are in any city I travel. Thanks

The hotel, the rooms and staff were excellent.

The location of the hotel has a lot of activity and that can cause a bit of delay in valet parking.

I liked that the AC worked!! And felt amazing. The pool was really nice as well and the location.

I didn’t like how there wasn’t a balcony in the room I was in.
