Hilton San Luis Potosi

The pool was nice and warm, but the seats were left all night even if it was pouring and they were usually soaking.

The waiters were bringing beer to the pool in glass bottles and one broke! I had to complain three time before they listened and stopped bringing glass containers to the pool area. I was hoping and asked for a quiet room and was not told that there was a party and the music was blasting until 3am. The waiters were barely attentive to bringing menus or refilling coffee but were very prompt to ask for tips!

It is a very historic hotel and very nicely kept. The building and the decorations of the rooms are very authentic. This was my second time in the hotel and it is always an experience to stay here. Very good breakfast buffet and the bar area is nice to chill. The garden area is great for relaxation as well. There is also free parking.

The reception staff is always unfriendly. During my first stay, they were not helpful at all, and again this time, they were not welcoming. The rest of the staff in the restaurants or other areas are nice, only the reception team is never helpful. The pool is always dirty and green, it's not possible to see the ground. The pool itself and the water shall be regularly cleaned.

The hotel is very beautiful and our room was lovely. We even had a jacuzzi tub, which we used. The water was hot and the shower was great. Our room had a balcony overlooking the huge courtyard and pool. The staff were all very professional and helpful. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows.

If we had it to do over, we would have selected a hotel closer to the center of town. Every taxi or uber ride from the hotel was significant and the local restaurants are very expensive. There were a couple of times there were no drivers available. If you have your own transportation, this won't be a problem, but we found it challenging.

Although the hotel is not in the heart of Centro, it has a good location in a nice neighborhood. Our mini-suite was very well appointed, including a spa-tub! Room service prices are competitive and the service was prompt. The valet offered to have our car washed for $150, and the interior and exterior were cleaned perfectly!

Why is it that many nice hotels in Mexico only provide ONE coffee cup and ONE cartridge of coffee? And although the room had a full-size ironing board, the steam iron did not function properly.

The property was beautiful and clean

The first night we got there we were about to sleep when we discovered that the bed was broken , i can’t understand how was it that they cleaned the room , made the beds and didn’t noticed that the bed was broken??? that is INCONCEIVABLE!!!! we payed alit of money to stay there, Plus the water from the pool was freezing, we asked if they could turn on the water heater and they said , it would take days to warm up

Location, breakfast, staff were amazing, room was a lovely size, the hotel is beautiful.

AC running made the room smell and couldnt be fixed. So couldn't be used, not an issue at night really as it gets cool. Only decaffeinated coffee provided in the room, had to ask for caffeineted coffee.

Breakfast is rich and well served, location is centric (without being in downtown). Beautiful building. Friendly and efficient personnel.

Swimming pool beds are old, ragged and dirty. Room carpets are stained and dirty. Windows need to be washed and in general need to be renovated.

Breakfast was excellent the hotel was excellent overall and it’s location was perfect for my needs

That we couldn’t get adjoining rooms. Our rooms were 7 rooms apart which Ed worked ok but adjoining would have been much better

Safe parking and from the moment we arrived (Wife & I ) Aleksis welcomed us and helped us with our luggage all the way to check in then to our suite, Everyone was very Nice & Polite and Everything was very clean, will consider staying here again on my next trip in town 5 🌟 👍🏻

There was No Shampoo and I had left mine in the vehicle, oh well.....

The hotel is really beautiful and well kept. It is clean and comfortable. They have private parking and the breakfast is pretty good. Having our dog with us there was very easy.

The hot tub did not work. We ordered a bucket of ice and water but they never brought it to us.
