Hotel Real Plaza

I really appreciate the effort you took to room all 7 of us near each other. That was the most important. Thank you. One of us had to go to the emergency room, another's toilet broke, we had gifts to organize, etc. It was easy to find each other. And thanks for the transportation. Carlos is good.

Better instructions as to how to contact the front desk (no number), and hotel rooms and outside phone calls. But when I asked the front desk they were very helpful. Also, when I tried in advance to ask you to Book our rooms close together, I was put in contact with a service in the Netherlands who could not help at all. Awkward that we cannot call the hotel from the USA with questions. You are too busy. Felipe Carreon from the Technological school arranged our rooms with you afer we arrived at the hotel. But it was a worry till then.

Location is very close to the centre. They have a breakfast buffet for 179 pesos. You can also order different foods in their restaurant. They have laundry service. Cleaning ladies are very friendly. You usually get 2 bottles of water per day. But you can ask for more. There a safe, which is big enough to hold your laptop.

They don't have kettle or mini refrigerators in the room. For short stay, this place is really good. But for the long stays missing a refrigerator might be bit annoying.

Excelent room and location, cleaning staff very courtious

Room A/C was not running, reported it to front desk and they did not help, l spoked to someone in managment and also were not able to help. Poor customer service, would not stay in again, and will not recomend it to my friends.

It is a low key hotel in a low key town. Clean, with big rooms. Excellent breakfast, both in the hotel and nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful, in Spanish.

Great city view from the 11th floor hotel room. Clean. Free parking garage. Hotel has plenty of restaurants nearby from street tacos to fine Italian cuisine (like Volare where we dined). Walking distance to historic downtown. Safe area. Friendly staff. Nice rooftop pool with city view but to overcast to jump in it.

Street nightclub noice at the beginning of the evening but not too loud to keep us from sleeping, other than that it was all good.

Great location, easy to get around and to walk to Plaza Fundadores, Tequis and Plaza de Armas.

Bathroom clean but a little worn down.

The location and the pool! No complaints regarding the staff or service at all.

It's a tad old, but not too bad either. The pool information should be a little more accessible.

Nice large rooms. Comfortable bed

Rooms on the front of the building can experience loud noise from a nearby club until 6am and some rooms on the interior can experience music from the hotel bar unit 1:45am. No cup or glass of any kind in the room

We had trouble with the toilet on our last hour of our stayed the water came out of the toilet and it wasn’t flushing

Access, very close to historic center, great service and good food at the restaurant, this is the second Time We stay at the real plaza.

Parking very tight spaces and what parking is full at the hotel you have to park across the street but in both parking lots it is secured.
