The hotel is 2 mins walk from the plaza. There are numerous bank ATMs very close to the hotel. The attached restaurant serves a buffet breakfast for 229 Pesos (284 Pesos on Sunday).The room also has an iron and ironing board. Yey!

The area outside of the hotel is noisy on weekend nights due to collectivo type cars blasting music up till 3 am as they circle the historical centre with their clients on board.

Our itineraries didn't allow us to eat at the hotel but it looked great next time when we come with more time we will take advantage of the breakfast downstairs.

My only concern was to have fresh towels daily. Regarding towels, we should be provided fresh ones daily it's so hot and you have to shower at least once a day if not twice. Other than the towels everything else was great.

Location was perfect, clean with some minor issues, beds are comfortable, its quiet for a good night sleep, friendly staff. It has a restaurant with good selection and also there are coffee places, restaurants, and a very good bakery within walking distance. The front desk person immediately took care of my complain which I highly appreciate. Plenty of public transportation passing right in front of the hotel. I would absolutely return again.

No fridge in the room. They give you only one botlle (500 ml) water the first day and then no more. No coffee in the lobby, we had to go somewhere else to buy it. The coffee in their restaurant is just average.

Both excellent. I would not stay anywhere else. The room was outstanding, modern bath, a wonderful memory foam mattress and several restaurants and Cafes half a block away. Scenic surrounding, just great.

The receptionist couldn't speak English. That the key card was also used as electricy card. Nobody offered an internet password.

Location was very good for the old town. There was a good gym available. There was a reasonably priced buffet breakfast. It was within easy walking distance of the beach as well as the major shops and tourist sights.

Clean and comfortable room with all the amenities expected. The restaurant was also very good under same roof. Staff attentive to any our of request. Machado Plaza is at 5 minute walk.

Location was amazing! Close to many restaurants and walking distance to the boardwalk. Every employee we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel was excellent.

It was clean, I liked the location, and the views from our room were absolutely gorgeous! Definitely going back!

the decoration of the room is very simple… looks like hospital room. there is not minifridge in the room.

Great downtown location

No iron, hair dryer, bottled water. No coffee available early as I am an early riser.
