Adam Park Marrakech Hotel & Spa

I had an excellent time at Adam Park Marrakech Hotel and Spa. It is a lovely large resort complex with a large stunning pool, 3 onsite restaurants and proper onsite Spa services. It all looks exactly as it does in the website photographs. I booked the superior suite for 3 adults and it was a spacious suite with a very large balcony. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional and everything was always spotless. The breakfast included was a stunning buffet with a wide variety of cooked and continental breakfast foods as well as a Moroccan Pancake station and a traditional omelette station. The staff at breakfast were very attentive especially Hichem. The reception was open 24 hours a day and the reception staff were wonderful and helpful, particularly Abdellah Talbii. The location is excellent as it is just on the outskirts of the city, in an area with several modern resorts. It is also less than 10 minutes away by taxi to the Medina (a one way journey costs 80MAD or about £6.00) and it is very easy for taxi drivers to find. An added bonus is that the resort is off the Avenue du 7eme Art which has a 24/7 convenience store 3 minutes walk away, as well as other small cafes and shops. The very modern Al Mazar Mall is also nearby: it is only 7 minutes walk away along the same safe main road with its own cafes and restaurants as well. I went to Marrakech in mid February for 5 days: it was warm with temperatures of 18 to 24 degrees with both cloudy and sunny skies. However be prepared for unheated outdoor pools to be cold- it was too cold for us to swim outdoors in February but that was still ok overall. The Wifi was also excellent all over the complex!

Despite how good everything was I was disappointed to only have bottled drinking water in our suite on the first day. We stayed for 5 days and when we asked for more water we were advised that we would have to buy it. Overall this is still not too bad: we just purchased bottled water off site and took it back to our room.

My best friend and I had the most amazing stay at Adam park ! It was just what we needed , the perfect getaway from our busy lives ! The staff were extremely helpful polite and cuteous. We felt so welcomed and catered for throughout ! The spa was a delightful treat and the room was beautiful, spacious and luxurious. Thanks to all the spa therapists that looked after us!!. Sana was a pleasure to deal with and made our stay in Marrakesh adventurous yet cultural thanks to her recommendations for tours etc . Would highly recommend staying in Adam park , we may see ye next years guys 😊😊

Breakfast was great and had plenty of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful under very stressful circumstances for them. Room was comfortable and clean. We had been a room whcih had quite a bit of Damage after the earthquake. we didn't wish to accept it and they moved us right away without any fuss.

We just arrived at an unfortunate time the evening the earthquake hit. so a lot of the hotel wasn't fully open. But they can't be blamed forthat.

when I booked, I expected a somewhat old hotel not very well maintained due the pictures on booking and some comments. as we didn’t found availability elsewhere we opted for this one for only one night. but once there, the welcome was perfect also porter, valet, receptionist… our room was clean, spacious, large shower, large balcony… we were really not disappointed. we had even regretted having taken one night. the pool large enough and clean. and very varied breakfast.

as no one or nothing is perfect, I have a few comments to improve. when we arrived we were shown our room without sending someone with us. we found our room with difficulty. we gave our car to the valet to park it in the basement but to recover it is complicated, we have to wait a very long time. for breakfast, the staff (I'm not generalizing) but they were there without being there, not very keen on working. my wife who woke up a little later, asked to be served breakfast in the room but the guy on the phone doesn’t feel happy to serve her in the room. maybe these negative points were linked to the fact that it was a religious holiday, therefore a public holiday and that they were understaffed.

Everything about the property was really good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Sana was amazing and she really helped us throughout our stay. She also gave us her number to contact at anytime if we needed anything which was very sweet of her. I also really liked Chaima from kids club. She was very friendly and really interacted well with children. Overall, great stay and I would come back to Adam Park.

Eveything was really good, cannot fault anything. Maybe breakfast could have more options but I understand it was an off peak period we visited in.

Stayed in Nov last week for 4 days. On our first day, we had a warm welcome and Sana helped us finalize our plans for the next few days. Note that the payment has to be made on arrival. The hotel accepts card payments. Sana promised us a good room and our room was spacious (239). The breakfast was included with our stay but there were very few vegetarian options. Sana can arrange for private vehicles for sight-seeing but be mindful that it could be on the expensive side. The room has a safe to store your valuables. There is a balcony which adds more space to the room. The spa services are good and Somaiya was really fantastic. However, others were not upto the mark. Note that many staff cant speak English. Almazar mall is close to the hotel, so you can venture out for lunch/dinner if you don't want to be indoors. There is also a shop next to the hotel to buy biscuits/confectionaries, if you are traveling with a child and have a long drive ahead.

No heated pool & the water was quite cold. Kids club was closed on our arrival and was opened the next day after multiple enquiries. There is a gift shop in the premise but does not take cards. So use the ATM(5 mins walk from the hotel) or change cash at Jama ElFna. You cannot get money exchanged using cards at the reception(i.e. Monzo/revolut). They only do cash exchanges. I personally thought that the Hotel could offer fresh fruits like bananas which would help!

The staff were fantastic and really tailored to our needs. The hotel was really clean and maintained by top standards. The staff were excellent at building rapport and listening to us. We have travelled to morroco and have stayed in many hotel's but our experience at adam park was the best so far. It was like being in Dubai. The furniture and the interiorweres amazing and well kept. The pool was spacious and kept clean. And the lounge is amazing. We can't wait to come back and book again.

Everything was excellent

Rooms were very large and comfortable, property was amazing with features like a very large pool, work out facility, and restaurants that we would normally associate with a resort. Staff was great as well despite the fact that our visit was during Ramadan (our fault, scheduling mistake on our part). Breakfast was amazing with a great combination of traditional European selections with plenty of Moroccan choices.

...only that we didn't stay longer and we were unprepared for taking advantage of the amenities!

Lovely hotel, lots of flowers/greenery, very friendly staff who made you feel like nothing was too much trouble, specific poolside assistant to help with towels etc (and even came and moved the parasol without us asking when he saw then sun had moved and we weren’t in the shade any more!), great spa (I had a lovely massage from Saman) and all kept extremely clean and tidy! We stayed for 1 night on our way back from the mountains before flying home (chosen due to proximity to the airport) and it was a perfect relaxing location :)
