Excellent value for money. Shame there wasnt a kettle in the room. Beds comfortable. Lady was extremely helpful and friendly. Location brilliant for amenities and airport.

Couldnt get tv to work but didnt ask for help so.....just would have loved a kettle in the room to make tea when l wanted

We initially thought it was a bad neighbourhood in the evening but by day light it turned our to be a good one. This is part of the city that tourist are going through. It turned out there is a souk nearby which led to the main square.

As it was prayer time when we arrived the reception was not around and we cannot get in the building. We nearly left. Thankfully he arrived as we were leaving. The moral of the story is to provide your expected arrival time and make sure you have a way to contact them (i.e. whatsapp).

Staff (the main man and the younger boy - apologies we forgot their name) were really helpful, extremely attentive and this made our stay. Breakfast on the terrace was yummy and a good array of breads which kept us going, location was great, not far from the Koutoubia Mosque (10/15 min walk) or the old souks. The only thing missing was a working kettle but the staff provided us with mint tea on an evening which was lovely of them. The apartment was spacious, one of the beds wasn't in great condition but otherwise the rest of us were comfortable in our beds. I would return to this place if I was to revisit the old town.

Including a functional kettle and ensuring all the beds were comfortable as the springs had gone from one of the double beds. Maybe some soap in the bathroom - fortunately we had brought our own.

location was very central, friendly , respetful staff. we used washing machine in communal area, There was a coffee machine and small kitchen and fridge. No hot water kettle to make tea, but I used one in main kitchen which was on terrace. Being outside ,I noticed some small cockroaches in that kitchen in the evening, which the staff can try to remove.

Excellent location close to the entrance to the medina with supermarket and markets near by. Stunning view over the city from the rooftop terrace. Breakfast available served on the terrace (even though we didn't use this option). Apartment was spacious and clean. Perfect for our last night in Morocco. Staff were friendly and helpful and were able to arrange a shuttle to the airport for us, which was really handy.

There was a bit of a problem with water draining very slowly from the sinks in both the kitchen and bathroom.

We recently stayed here! The place is near the main square, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location was excellent, just a stone's throw away from the main attractions. The place was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable ambiance during our stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, However, I was slightly disappointed that the they did not provide soap in the shower. It's a basic amenity that I believe every hotel should offer. Despite this minor drawback, the positive aspects of the hotel outweighed the issue.

No soap in the bathroom

In Nov 2022, I stayed in the studio room for 11 nights with my old parents. This hotel, the owner and the staff were ALL GREAT. The location is excellent, almost next to the Medina and other attractions (it's just outside the Medina, facing the main road, so our taxi could reach the front-door easily and we did NOT need to navigate the busy paths inside the Medina to reach the hotel). The hotel itself is clean, with a spacious communal roof-balcony, and breakfast is nice and filling. If there was any item that was missing in the studio, I wrote to the owner on the first day and he quickly responded to me, and then the staff would provide those items. We received wonderful hospitality from the staff, Abderrahim and Abdedaim, who took care of us. I'm sorry I don't know the names of the lady cleaners but they were very nice and friendly too. Wifi was strong everywhere. I would recommend this place any day.

When I was there (Nov 2022), there was pavement reconstruction works being done outside the building. It was not a big problem at all, I suppose by now the pavement would look nicer.

The location is very near the Djemaa El Fna. I think the market just outside the hotel is open until very late, maybe until 2am? And open very early so we were able to buy water bottles and snacks as we please. There is also a nearby mall, just beside the hotel.

There are no towels, soaps, shampoos ready at the hotel. We had to ask the staff which they did provide towels. The stove top still needs manual lighting up. I don’t know how to say it but we had to use a lighter when we turn the knob so it fires up.

Very big and spaceous appartement for one family of 3 persons but it wasn't expensive this time. Good stylish interior. It's very close to Medina and palaces. The supermarket is in front of the building. Helpful staff, they solved complicated problem with payment. Good Wi-Fi connection. Good view from balcony.

Street noise in bedroom. It's a bit too cold in March. Not enough kitchen utensils. Shower drain too slowly. No pool in March. No toilet brush. Old town is not really safe and comfortable area to live.

The accommodation was very close to all famous sites only 3 minutes to the all the shops bazaars restaurants etc The apartment was very clean and very good customer service Very safe area There a a swimming pool with my kids used Lots of coffee shops only 1 minute walk
