Labranda Targa Aqua Parc

We ate well, the pool and slides were great, our room was kept spotless.

Not enough storage in room, bees everywhere and not managed, no evening entertainment unless it's karaoke or mini disco

On arrival we were greeted with a smile even though it was during the night and check in was smooth then we were quickly showing to our room that was spacious and equipped with Tv mini fridge ,hairdryer and air conditioning that was already on. Tv Chanel in English had continuous movies that were on though out the day and night . Hotel was was immaculate and well maintained. Staff where amazing and their service was excellent never no bother from the start to finish Entertainment was good during the day and depending what you like can be great fun at night Hassan involves everyone to join in . Bar staff were all very attentive and ur never left with empty glass. Food had a great selection for all 3 sittings . Slides for all ages and ample sun loungers. Over all great experience for our first but not last at Labranda Targa and Marrakech

The Hotel is quite remote and the shop in the the hotel was very over priced for personal toiletries, snacks and gifts They do have a few market stalls that come to the hotel but u do have to politely talk them down some of them don’t take a no and I felt abit intimidated

This was our 3rd time staying here , we always have a great time .the whole Complex is kept spotless the staff are always on the go keeping it clean .The bar staff and catering staff are so friendly and accommodating . There's always a great choice of food and if you don't like anything on the buffet you can always go to Isham on the pasta/ pizza counter where he makes it fresh every few minutes. And if you like doing excursions or shopping there's loads of options. We'll definitely be back again !! 🙂 Darren and Debbie Ireland 🇮🇪

The fact we had to go home 😥😥

Property is located a bit away from the busy road areas so it’s very quiet, easy access for the Medina about 15min away drive and serve amazing food selection for every meal that even the pickiest person would find something for themselves, along with traditional tajine that is amazing opportunity to try! My partner favourite add on was the traditional white soft cheese they served with every meal -jben- I would love to know if that’s made on site as we tried it in various places but this one was the best ever :)

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made an effort to get to know the guests. The resort was extremely clean - all communal spaces and bedrooms were cleaned every day. The entertainment offereed was great and the free bus to the city was very useful. The food was also of a high standard and varied each day which was nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning to Labranda Targa!

The resort itself is on the outskirts of the city which is perfect if you are looking for a sun holiday. However if you are coming to Marrakesh to see all the touristy sights of the city, it may not be the best location.

Exceptionally clean. The staff were lovely. The food was good and there was lots of choice. We had a suite and it was very comfortable. Good for people with children.

There was loud music by the main pool during the day because there were lots of activities like aqua aerobics and table tennis. It was a bit much for us but we found the adult only pool which was quiet. The entertainment at night was always loud music and dancing, great if you like this.

The staff were all amazing couldn't of been more helpful. From cleaning staff to bar/ waiting/kitchen and reception, this is the best point of the hotel, it's wonderful people. As soon as we arrived at 2am (3 hr delayed), we asked for water and the porter went and got us 4 big bottles. That was literally how every day went. Yes a couple of miserable ones, but more happy helpful people than anything in the UK. The place was clean, all areas constantly cleaning everywhere. The pools were clean and cool, the beds were housed each morning and plenty available. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The shower was like having a massage, really lovely. Recommend the omelette in the morning, and all the beautiful local foods you get to taste in the evening, I especially liked some of the chicken dishes.

The towels were a little small for showering with as women. The place does need a little bit of upgrading, but bare in mind the price is very reasonable for what you get. At the weekend it gets busy, and people pile food on plates and then leave it, such a waste I felt sorry for the staff, wasn't fair on others and the team. It seems maybe people come from nearby for a weekend or a wedding and it's just gluttony. The bar was sometimes under manned during the day.

Lovely first time trip to Marrakech, stayed at Labranda targa aqua parc all inclusive and it has been a really good time. Staff were always happy to help. Food can be a bit bland however they have fresh pizza, chips and pasta. Breakfast was the best for us as fresh omelette and flatbreads available. Lots of different food varieties available including fresh salad bar and desserts. Also have hot and cold drinks served throughout the day. We took our own tea bags for a good cuppa! The water slides were also alot of fun. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service twice throughout the day either to new town or old town which is definitely worth it. The hotel is about 20 minutes drive from the central Jemaa al Fnaa, in a nice location if you want to spend time away and with the all inclusive it is perfect. There is a supermarket Carre Four Targa 20 minute walk from the hotel which is really big and sells lots of stuff. Wifi is also available in all locations of the hotel however you can buy a sim at the airport which is also cheap. Thankyou Labranda for a wonderful stay.

Plastic cups for drinks could be made larger considering its a 4*.

never enough seats, plates or cutlery in the restaurant. always queues for drinks at the bar. was told late check out not a problem but you had to ask on the day of check out at which point there was no availability. wouldn’t be a problem if there were facilities to use such as a changing room or shower available. had a six hour wait between check out and airport pick up and had to sit around the pool fully clothed. booked this hotel as gym advertised but only running machines and bikes in it.

Incredible! Exceeded all our expectations! Very good! The staff are excellent, but some should be recognized for their excellent work and dedication! First of all, thank you for the friendliness of all the staff! the animation team, always with excellent performances. the animation employee Karim was spectacular with us! always fun, motivating to participate in activities! worried if we needed anything! the activities performed by him were always fun!!!! the pasta lord and the pizza boy are also very nice to us 🙂 Mr. Cherif (I'm not sure if that's what his name is) for me is one of the best employees they have in the dining area! Always attentive, asked if we needed anything! tried to speak Portuguese and even introduced us to another couple who were also Portuguese! everything went for the best thanks to the hotel team. very good cleaning also.
