Super, super clean with a spacious bathroom and a great shower. Good to have a kitchenette including a stovetop and microwave. Friendly staff that let us access our room early. Parking right outside our unit and an onsite laundry.

This is not a criticism so much as a good-to-know: there is no outdoor space and no outlook. The motel is situated on a busy road which means traffic noise. It's a place to overnight in, not one you'd want to spend any time in during the day.

The decor felt luxurious and was very comfortable. Beautiful facilities. Good staff communication, we thought, and welcoming. When we booked in, we requested a taxi for a 6.30 a.m. pick up. It was appreciated that this was done for us. It arrived late by 15 minutes. We're not sure if the taxi driver's reason was true...(he claimed he had been sent to an incorrect address). So we don't know if the taxi company or the motel made this error.

Communication between the motel and/or the taxi company, caused the stress we experienced. See above note.

Handy location to the concert venue that we were in Christchurch for and central to shopping and city centre (if driving), very clean, well equipped, AMAZING shower! Comfy bed, cooking facilities, free wifi, heat pump.

Near a very busy intersection so there was a lot of traffic noise but not enough to put us off staying there again (I only say this as I know this could be off-putting for some people).

The room had double-glazed windows, which made the room nice and quiet - a huge bonus, especially at night. We stayed a few days and were offered clean towels which we appreciated. It was close to public transport which took us to central city without the worry of car parking.

The bathroom got steamy after using shower despite the internal fan. There were no security stays on windows so they had to remain shut while we were out of the room.

It was amazing all round, love the staff and super friendly, very respectful or your privacy, and loved the daily housekeeping, restocked our sugars and coffees and soap and toilet paper, was amazing to stay there.

The car park is a bit small and rather difficult to park when others have parked badly, although when it is empty it's a lot easier to use

Very strong water pressure which makes shower so gooooood! Water takes no time to heat up! If you like hot shower, you will love this place! Furnitures are pretty new, kitchen utensils are in good condition and the room is really clean!

It is quite close to the main road, so might hear a bit of noise from the traffic but the window did a fairly good job at keeping the noise out.

Sky programmes available on TV. Room/bathroom very clean

No place to put suitcase except on the floor. Kitchen didn't have any utensils to use with cooking although there was a stove top. Also nothing to use for cooking in the microwave.

I am writing this from my daughters perspective (she is 8). She said the soap smelt nice, she liked the room and the bed was comfortable. She went to the reception by herself to get a map and she said the lady at reception was really nice and kind. Her dad dropped his eftpos card on the ground outside and the one of the staff put it back in the room.

Clean room and bed sheet. Staff is very friendly and let us borrow phone charger. Very accommodating and guide us on operating appliances.

The location of motel is close to busy road which is a little bit noisy. Toilet tissues needs to request, should have extra in the bathroom or toilet.

The motel is well situated for us and if you have the time you can easily walk everywhere.

The unit was not serviced for the duration of our 4 night stay except for the Rubbish container being emptied. This is pretty standard now as the accommodation industry has discovered as a result of covid that short cuts in service can be made. On site parking is very tight.
