Quest on Manchester Serviced Apartments

Manager was lovely and offered suggestions where best coffee was etc.... he was not wrong. The Quest is a stones throw from the inner city which made shopping an $8 uber back...lol. The bed was comfortable and the shower is really good. You can mirror your phone to the tv to watch all your streaming services. Yep i watched game kf thrones non stop. They have great plunger coffee for the room. The cleaning staff are lovely and helpful. It was a really pleasant stay.

Internet is open and not secured. I had a vpn so felt safe enough.

The room, the location, the view, the amenities, the tea & coffee, the space, the TV. It was really great for what I needed it for and I really enjoyed my stay.

The bed - I had a bad sleep, the pillows were a bit too big and fluffy for my head and neck and I wasn't the comfiest however, it's likely just sleeping in a different place than usual that has to do with comfort and nothing to do with the actual beds! Just wanted a flatter pillow for my smaller head but overall that was super minor compared to my whole experience :) Room was great overall!

Room is quite good! Complete kitchen with good space. Very comfortable and convenient.

The electrical stove was not working and we had to move to another apartment. But staff was very helpful and it was handled nicely. The property is not very clear about parking. It lists as available, but after we booked they informed about extra charge and need to book in advance as spots are very limited! They better make that more clear on the site.

Very friendly staff, from reception to housekeeping.Very friendly welcome and very help adjusting out length of stay. Good central location, handy to everything in the central city and a paknsave supermarket 100m walk away. Rooms were very tidy and clean and also quiet. The appliances and fittings were all modern and the bathroom was spotlessly clean (shower had great water pressure too). Room was fitted with a dishwasher drawer, multifunction microwave/convection oven and the bathroom/laundry had new, simple to use full size washer & dryer setup. Secure parking compound for carparking. Overall, a great setup for an overnight through to a medium/longterm stay.

Limited car parking is available in the secure compound, so ensure that you book ahead

The space, the bed, pillows and linen were very nice, shower was great, although it might a bit small for a larger person. Well equipped kitchen. The auto night light in bathroom was excellent.

Housekeeping was not as good as it should have been. Kitchen bench not wiped down, handbasin not properly cleaned a couple.of times and the washing machine could have been cleaner. A dirty cleaning cloth was left in the handbasin one day.

The ease and consistency of standards at this Quest complex. You know what to expect and that quality is there. The staff were responsive to our requests. we didn't have to worry about anything so our time was ours to use.

There was a maintenance issue where a fan was very noisy. The staff were very responsive and fixed this as it was noisy. They then reported back to us re how this was being repaired. This was well handled.

The room was big and clean and honestly it was a really great place to stay for an affordable price and would highly recommend it for others!

The only thing which again is not a deal breaker but it was really loud at night time I’m not sure what the noises were but yeah other than that it was perfect. Also I put my earplugs in and my cousin put his headphones on and it didn’t bother us at all.

Excellent location on the fringe of the city centre, close to quality cafes and restaurants and only a 10 min walk from Riverside Markets. Room was large, clean, newly furnished and there was a lovely bathroom with a fantastic shower! Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Perfect hotel for the solo traveller.

Room was hot at night.

This new and modern property had great benefits for our family. The kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. were so helpful for our stay. While it is not right in the center near the gardens, etc—it is just a short stroll away from that touristy area. We did it daily with 2 young children.

We had booked a two bedroom apartment and ended up with two adjoining studios. It worked out fine in the end, I was just surprised.

you can walk everywhere from apartments. only 1 block from Salt district which has heaps of eateries and a fabulous selection of food. 2 blocks from major supermarket and service station.

cleaning apartments close to ours and vacuuming early morning. we had 5 nights so placed do not disturb sign on door. all good
