Enjoyed the comfortable beds and available heating in the room. Were recommended by daughter and family who had stayed two weeks prior. Were very happy with our stay and the help re using the TV from lady in office. (Lovely smile and happy 😊)

Not enough power points. Cleaner needs to use toothbrush around shower window to eliminate the mould. Also around the hot plate. (This is because I have been a cleaner that I notice these things. Not meaning to be critical. Just for the benefit of ratings).

They let me check in earlier since come for a concert in town. 😀😉 Great it's on the main road out of town north Next door to a dairy Didn't use the spa had no time.

If you dont like too much road noise it's right by the railway tracks. Weren't too much traffic night time though so I could still sleep. I only woke up like 3 am from a truck reversing beeping cleaning street but that it.

Staff was friendly. We arrived much earlier than expected because we wanted to drop off our trailer before exploring the town. They allowed us which meant that we were able to use more than the allocated car spaces. Located across the road from a handy little dairy. Facilities were fine. Value for money. Will stay here again

The room on the end doesn’t get very good signal from the wifi. But we didn’t mind the detox from our phones/ laptops

road noise is massive with cars, trucks and trailers bumping noisily over the train tracks - add in some rescue helicopter take off and landings practically next door to add to traffic noise at night

Room was very clean. Liked there was an actual stove. Proprietor was very nice.

Cracked power plug that was taped, heating wasn't that great took awhile to warm up room with oil filled heater and no instructions on how to use it.

Friendly welcome, comfortable spacious studio with cooking facilities. Enclosed spa pool for privacy :) We drove down to the town basin on thr morning of check out as it was a bit too far to walk. We would love to stay again.

Friendly staff, always welcoming, my favourite place to stay in Whangarei. Great value for money. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for decent accommodation in Northland, dogs are also welcome, the only hotel that offers this service in Whangarei.

Great value for money, great facilities, based close to town, and the hotel room booklet came with attraction ideas, supermarket, and takeout locations and phone numbers.

Wifi signal worked majority of the time

Very comfortable beds. Had all the necessities at hand for my family and the spa was an added bonus.

A few cobwebs and when I moved the beds to make sure I hadn't dropped anything you could see they had not been moved and vacuumed.

Good value, served the purpose of a 1 night stop over. Happy to accommodate us on little or no notice. Room was very clean, Kitchen facilities served. Linen provided. Pillows were fabulous. Staff extra helpful and most pleasant. Kids appreciated the free wifi.

Single bed was a little smaller/thinner than I expected for a "single bed" Personal preferences for a bed is much firmer
