Very helpful staff, the night porter checked me in on night of my arrival at 4am! She also put the heating on in my room before I arrived. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed 2 nights in 2 units. We were upgraded so had room 25 &26, They were really nice & clean and facing onto the lawn with the big trees. Didn't spend much time there as we were with family in Whangarei for Christmas but enjoyed a sit outside on the patio with a cuppa enjoying the greenery. Had a short swim the morn we left but the pool needed a bit of a clean, it looked a bit green.The lounge, dining rooms looked really nice and decorated for Christmas but didn't have time to spend any time there. Would like to have a meal in the restaurant sometime we're up.

Property was easy to get to and just minutes from the city centre. Plenty of parking and the room was really nicely presented. Really loved the breakfast being included. I’m had a late booking due to an unexpected stay and they accommodated me after hours which was really nice.

The nights I stayed there was a cold snap so my room was cold. Having slightly better bed comforters or electric blankets as an option would have been nice. And the breakfast on the second day ran out and was not refilled for a hood 15 minutes, so waiting around was a bit bothersome but the breakfast was yummy.

Nice People, plenty of parking, nice pool, lovely location, beautiful rooms and decent price.

My room had damage on one of the walls, the sink bowl was cracked and the bathroom fan couldn’t turn off.

Room was comfortable and warm. Well insulated. Excellent bed. Definitely enjoyed the location, close enough to walk to the city center, if one so desired. Excellent restaurant with a great chef.

TV in the room was a Smart TV but there was no internet connection. Would not log in and with no Sky there was nothing but Free TV. Boring.

The staff were very nice and helpful. We needed to shorten the length of our stay and the staff helped us do that with booking.com. We ended up having a very nice afternoon in the sun outside and an excellent dinner at the restaurant on site . The room was very comfy and the shower/bathroom was refreshing.

Can't really complain about anything. Everything was great :)

We loved the》 ☆ Restaurant & food (especially breakfast) ☆ Staff were amazing, warm, friendly, helpful and approachable ☆ The rooms closer to the road is my favorite we've stayed here a few times. ☆ Decor is appealing, presentation is adorable ☆ Access to wifi, computer space & fan is a bonus

▪︎ Bed is too hard ▪︎ Power points are a thad to far from the bed you need an extension cord or 4 way plug for both sides of the bed.

Reception girl was exceptionally knowledgeable, welcoming and professional, rest ot staff were helpful and accommodating , Rooms were very clean

Beds could be improved, like most places we've stayed at recently the bed gave me a very sore hip I think overall I'd still give the place a good high rating but beds could be improved

I'm am a ceoliac so am on a gluten free diet.i informed the receptionist as I booked in,she immediately went checked with kitchen staff to make sure they could cater to my needs.the staff went out thier way to make my meals safe for me to enjoy,the food was excellent and affordable. Will be back

Huge room, pretty building, lovely staff.

There is no information on what was on the room service menu in the room or what was on the restaurant menu either. I would have ordered something, but I don't always want to use my device to find information. I don't always want to work that hard
