Hotel Adelaide

The room and Shower good and the staff friendly especially the elderly Lady. Was within 10 minute walk to railway station and bus station with a few left and right turns OK once you got your bearings. We ate twice at the Aqua Ria and the food was excellent. We also ate at the demo and the food was excellent there as well.

The breakfast was basic a bread roll with butter cheese and jam and Brioche coffee in paper cup. The gentlemen doing the breakfast was friendly. There was nothing wrong with it but we are use to a choice.

Great location. Nice room. Quiet. Clean

Minor point but had to keep ringing the outside bell to gain entry. 24 hour desk so someone is always there but ot would have been great to have a key to let ourselves in. Again strange parking arrangement. The hotel only has one free space but we found cheap paid parking on the same street no problem, except you can only pay for 3 hours maximum at a time (!) and so we had to keep returning to car to pay for the next 3 hours. Luckily it was free parking between 19.00 and 9.00 (overnight) though.

Clean and quiet accommodation. Excellent location for business or tourist attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good continental breakfast and I liked that rolls were individually wrapped. Plentiful choice of fruit too. Lovely freshly made coffee on request.

No wifi in room 101 although I did connect the router ( it was unplugged on arrival). I also asked at reception if the issue could be resolved but the desk clerk was unable to help. He said he would pass on the complaint but nothing was done during our stay. No alternatives were offered either. Frustrating when I wanted to communicate using wifi.

Central small hotel. Staff is really friendly but struggling with English (thanks google translator). I book a different room from the first one they gave me, after the first night them they changed the room for a bigger one (as i specified in the booking). So always check you are given what you are paying for. Faro center is 3 min walking from the hotel and 10 min to ferry terminal to reach all the islands.

Breakfast is terrible! They give you a plastic bag with store bought and packed pastry. Don't include it in the deal, there are many nice cafe around the area.

The location was good. We had to hunt for parking but managed to find a space around the corner.

It was a good place to stay

Very pleasant staff. Elevator! Clean in the room. Wi-Fi did not work well in our room, after a complaint, we were moved to another room within 15 minutes. Quiet street, while there is a bakery, a cafe nearby, 5 minutes to the center.

Lovely little place. Stopped overnight after a flight before onward journey. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Location was great.. close to bus station and plenty of shops & restaurants nearby. Room was comfortable and had everything required for a stay. Breakfast was continental and plenty including fruits etc. Wifi worked well.Good value for money would highly recommend it.

May be a tea/coffee making facility/kettle in the room or in a common room would have been useful

The room was very spacious and comfortable and so was the bathroom, everything was new and clean. The staff were incredibly nice and the breakfast, although we had to eat in the rooms because of Covid restrictions, was quite filling and I enjoyed it a lot. The location is also perfect since Faro is such a small city you can walk anywhere quickly.

The wifi was very slow, that was the only issue I found with this hotel.

The hotel staff weren't good at English but they tried their very best and I understood them. I have to say they are super nice and thoughtful (both the boss and staff). The breakfast was quite generous given the price and the location was quite central and decent walk to all the attractions.

The room didn't have enough power points. I can't complain given the price.

This was a stop over hotel for us as we were traveling to Lisbon in the morning after a late flight into Faro. Nice hotel was nice and easy to find. Good hotel for a drop off & longer stays. The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious
