Great location, nicely designed room, very friendly and efficient staff on reception. Vast choice of meals at breakfast, discounts for children.

You must inform guests that shower and toilet are almost not separated from the room because not all families are ready to share their daily routines with each other. That was a bit unpleasant. Do you yourself like to watch your family members sitting in the toilet?

The hotel is extremely well located, location is very central and close to all city must-sees, restaurants, cafes, shopping area (S Catarina). We loved the extremely warm welcome (Maria is one of a kind and welcomed us the best way possible), it's the kind of hotel where you truly feel at home and they will help you for basically anything (they even had gadget to weigh the luggage). - Rooms are very clean and modern - Beds are very comfortable (we are very picky about this) - Cleaning is very well done - Hotel smells good!!! Very grateful to have been able to spend days in this hotel, if you are seeking for a central, comfortable hotel in Porto do not hesitate.

it’s in central location, newer hotel. Big clean rooms, soap, shampoo sufficient. All the staff in the front desk are very helpful and friendly.

Eurostars Porto Centro definitley exceeded our expectations. Rooms were very large and modern with plenty of space for two travellers. Really good COVID-19 measures put in place as well with rooms sealed after they are cleaned / sanitised. Staff were friendly and helpful at check in and check out. Location was also very good - walkable distance to sights, public transport, restaurants and shops! The bed was also extremely comfortable - great size!!!

Couldn't really fault anyting with our stay - only thing was that there were no easy places to hang our towel in the bathroom. Overall, highly recommend Eurostars Porto Centro for anyone travelling to Porto!

Parking is 100m away, so you need to park for a minute near the hotel to unload, ang go to parking that is public and on the base of who comes first. One time I've waited in the line 35 minutes to get in... At breakfast it will be great to heve some vegtables on top of the tomato for the salad eaters. Also our room had 5 steps to get down from the elevator, could be tricky with the heavy suitecases. Another not perfect point is that the bathroom area has no door and the other doors are milky glass, so lights and noises do interfear to otgers.

Great location, few minutes walk from the city hall, The central train station, Porto's cathderal, Eiffel bridge to Gaia and the main areas of interest. The room was very quite and comfortable, with a king size bed. The room contain an electric kettel with tea bags and coffee. Excellent breakfast. The hotel does not have a parking lot, however it has an arrangement for a reduced price with a nearby parking lot. The main issue is that this arrangement is only for 10% of the guests, which is not stated in the information provided by the hotel. The front desk lady who checked us in was very aggresive and not polite. The rest of the staff was very welcoming and helpfull.

This was the only hotel that did not provided complimentary water upon arrival, and not during our stay. The room is not equipped with coffe machine.

Location excellent Staff very good and friendly Very clean Room spacious (triple) with very comfortable bed. We paid for breakfast one morning and it was excellent - good selection.

We stayed for a week. The first room we were allocated (room 320) had a bad smell coming from drains and the air conditioning did not work correctly. We were moved room after 2 days to another triple as a result. The second room had unstable WiFi! Open plan room with no proper privacy in bathroom / shower area (glass partioning). Would not be good if you are travelling with a friend. No good lounge / bar areas. For a 4* hotel would have expected more.

It situated right in the center of Porto. We were pleasantly surprised with the level of comfort we had with the amount of money we paid. Totally good value for money. At first, we only planned to stay 1 night here, because of change in our travel itinerary. However, when our next hotel in Porto really disappointed us, we ended up book another night there. And the kind and friendly receptionist surprised us with a room upgrade. She was really a sweet and nice girl. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated. The bedding was comfortable. and the bathroom was really nice and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely come back when we visit Porto again.

Check in was smooth and staff friendly. We did request to book the airport shuttle for the following day but when we checked out the shuttle had not been arranged and we had to get a taxi. Not an issue though as the taxi arrived within minutes and was actually cheaper than the shuttle! Shuttle = €38 and taxi = €22! Bed was very comfortable and huge! room was nicer than expected. the only criticism of the room is the sofa. The sofa is also a sofa bed and it doesn't fold away properly so when sitting on the sofa it is at an angle and feels like you are going to slide off! not an issue for one night but would have been uncomfortable had we stayed longer.

The complimentary port tasting on the day of arrival got things under way. The young staff were all very friendly, helpful and efficient. We planned to go to Foz by bus and the reception staff gave us details of the route 500 bus as it tracks the coast road. The day we were going they warned us they had become aware of a race that had closed the road into Foz and gave us an alternative that was unaffected by the race. As Brits we wanted to watch the funeral of Queen Elizabeth on our day of departure. The bar staff kindly reserved a table for us opposite a TV so that we were able to have breakfast while watching the funeral. The reception staff also delayed our 12.00 check out time to allow us to watch until the departure of the coffin for Windsor. We were impressed with the hotel and would recommend it
