Great location, several shops and restaurants in walking distance, central location to visit nearby towns (Braga, Guimarães, Porto, etc), great value for the money.

The only negative point is that on the apartment you can hear all noises from the street, if you have a light sleep might be a problem, it's not my case, so luckily wasn't really problem to me.

The place was modern. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space. Lovely café just around the corner and close to the town centre. It was very convenient for the trip my friend and I had in mind. The keycode entry was good as we never had to worry about keys.

Better communications... I had to chase and check about taxi bookings and got confused as not enough details were given regarding storing baggage for the day of check out.

Central location, very comfortable beds, daily room service, spacious studio, well equipped, automatic check-in system, welcome drink :) (small bottle of portugese wine)

It was not possible to lock the door room from the inside (Amalia room), I would appreciate this possibility just for better safety feelings ;)

Weekends nights were very hard to find parking, I know the city so I could always find a place, but for someone that doesn't know it can be very difficult. Breakfast was good but was expecting some variety, but don't think about it as a major problem.

The hotel decoration it is amazing! Always so clean and tidy! The rooms were very cozy and the bed mattress is amazing! Everyday had new treats and the breakfast was filling. Beautiful place. Can't wait to go back.

Breakfast was purchased at the cafe underneath Wake up. Highly recommend. Good value and excellent quality

More storage for clothes. One very small cupboard that was partially blocked by a bedside table.

Quiet location

Loud noises from the room on top of ours. Owner knew about it. Brought our complains to him, but he was on thier side as he tried to say the nioses came from somwhere else. Well we were in our room and all we heard stabbing of feet and shouting. Thanks

Spacious clean studio with mezzanine bedroom/bathroom. Well equipped small kitchen. Complementary small bottle of wine and mineral water. Keyless entry worked well once I sussed it out. Small supermarket and restaurants close by, in a quite older area. Quiet and friendly.

Remote control heating worked ok once I realized it was indeed remote control! Could have been mentioned in the facilities booklet!

Easy to check in late at night. Clean bedroom. Interesting concept that respects and promote the Portuguese culture. Complementary gifts.

The sound insulation in the bedroom could be better. Didn't interact or saw any person, check in process done online.

The appartment was very comfortable. The cleaning lady did an excellent job. The beds weren't too hard!! Good! Over all our stay was okay.

The kitchen equipment is very limited. Even not a towel to dry the dishes, no scissors, etc... We had very noisy neighbours. And the walls were extremely thin. I could even see the lights shining through the gabs of the walls when the neighbours had the lights on. There should be better sound insolation!!! Our neighbours and bad sound insolation ruined my nights of sleep.

Breakfast was not included. Bathroom shower leaked water outside all the time. Not enough toilet paper given daily. The keypad for the doors sometimes glitched for several minutes and we had to wait to put the code in.
