Good beds and helpful staff. The AC made the room a little cold and in the summer there was only thin sheets. When we asked the staff if we could get a thicker blanket the staff was accommodating. All and all a good hotel for the price.

There was no toilet brush in the bathroom. The view from the window was not the best as we looked into a corridor and a wall. But it was fine because we did not go to the hotel for the view. The cleaning in the bathroom was a little so and so during our stay because there was hair on the floors (from us, but it was not removed when they cleaned the room during our stay and they did not swich out used mugs every time)

Almost everything was perfect. Nice breakfast. Not a big selection of food but enough to have a perfect breakfast. The staff in the restaurant wasn't speaking English but it was manageable. Big compliments to the transferring company which did a transfer for us from the airport to the hotel - Tomas the driver was amazing. Very kind, spoke enough English to understand each other and he was very careful with all the luggage too. He really deserved a tip. Big and specious rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable bed and pillow.

Didn't like the glass bathroom. No much privacy but very specious and clean.

This is good value for money if you need a place to stay close to train central station "Sants Estacio". We stayed for just one night, and needed just that. You can reach it by taking L5 line for 1 metro station, to Placa Sants and then L1 to Santa Eulalia. It takes then 8 minutes of walk from metro to Hotel. Hotel receptionists were very polite. Room was as expected, on 1st floor, quiet, beds comfortable. Wifi was good. We did not take breakfast.

There was no soap in bathroom, other things like shampoo, shower gel.. were all there. There was fridge in apartment but it was located in wardrobe, which was strange, not expected it to be there.

Good breakfast, nice staff, food is great, everyithing was clean and they cleaned the rooms on a daily basis, the shower was great, all the supplies you need.

Only the rooms were a bit hot and the AC didn't do anything with it, it only made the air circulate but didn't cool the room down. Also the bed was strange because it was 2 beds pushed together but when you sleep with your significant other, you often roll into the middle and start pushing the beds aside in your sleep thus creating a hole in the middle and slipping into it.

Everything, the hotel is amazing, the staff is super nice, helpful and have a pleasant smile all the time. I remember Lara being such a sweetheart, some issue with the central aircon for a bit and she came running with a portable cooler just to make us at ease. One is the bestest staff I’ve come across!!

The facilities were comfortable and clean, the staff was very nice and helpful 24/7, the staff entered us to the room 2 hours before the check in (10:00 am)

The location is a bit far from the center of Barcelona, but we managed it with the metro, which was a 10 min walk away from the hotel, so it turned out to be fine

Breakfast was delicious - there was fruit, juices, different types of bread, sweet pastries, cereals and .... The room was large and clean. We felt comfortable throughout our stay.

There are some lights in the room that you can't turn off, which means it can be bright at night. Also, it takes about 25 minutes to get to the city centre...(but the metro is nearby and you have really good connections).

I stayed for 1 week in Eurostar Hotel and i liked it very much. It was very clean. We wanted to go to Mallorca and we didn't have enough information about the restrictions there and the receptionist Gloria helped us a lot even though this was nothing to do with our booking. Room was great and the bed was really comfortable. Toilet was also super with big shower space. Also cleaning was on point. The hotel was not near center but we could use only 1 metro to center also to airport so it was easily accessible even though Barcelona is really big.

Breakfast was surprisingly good! Totally worth it. Is a bit far from the city center but located in a nice quiet and calm neighboorhood. By taxi is about 10minutes, but I am a walker and took us 50minutes! Staff were very cool too!

Glass bathroom doors looks prety nice, but it doesnt closing like normal doors and missing a bit privacy in bathroom/wc
