Cozy little apartment, it fit 4 of us for one night. Steps away from the Sants train station which was hugely convenient for our next trip. Very clean, it was not loud at all for us, even though the apartment was close to main roads and it has some restaurant seating accross from the building. Though it's an apartment, it felt rather like a hotel. You need to pay a 200 Euro deposit, you get a card key. Coffee, tea, salt, oil and other basics are not included in this stay, but they do sell coffee pods in their vending machine in the lobby.

- everything was spotless - location close to railway station and many bus lines - comfortable beds - helpful crew - various restaurants and shops nearby - kitchenette with necessary utensils - lots of cosmetics in bathrooms

- upper bedroom has a lantern pointing directly into the window, so when you are in the bed, it shines in your eyes (room 11) - room 11 we stayed in is located on the street level so you can hear the traffic, and you need to keep the shades down for a minimum of privacy

Clean, comfortable, contemporary, nice linens, spectacular views and great location. Check in process easy. Staff always available and responsive- they booked my airport taxi. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

The housekeeping staff used a ton of Febreze, which was very offputting when we first checked in. It would’ve been nice to have paper products like facial tissues and paper towels. Also, there were no spaces for hand towel racks in a couple of the bathrooms. The shared bathroom shower only had a place for the hand held to be low and not to be high. Therefore, my kids had a shower with the water spraying them directly in the neck. 

Short walking distance from Barcelona Sants Train Station. Got upgrade paying a very minor amount offered. The apartment is spacious, the unit number is 13, and it is just one level above ground level. People walking on the street won't see inside with curtains. Nice that They allowed us to store luggage as we arrived early.

Nice apartment with two level, staircase within the apartment. Too bad that we are not able to enjoy the facilities, as when we went back at night, shortly after my son got serious food allergy, and followed by me having bad Vertigo, keep vomiting till next early morning.., we had only one night booking, so checked out next day.

Perfect location, near metro and train station, close to nice supermarkets and cafes. Comfortable beds and spacious premises, great view through the window (and there are really anlot of windows) , bacony and kitchen, with everything needed to make some food. More towels in the bathroom than expected and that was a positive surprise. Thank you!

There could be some more towel racks in the bathroom to place wet towels for drying. Also bath did not keep the water well, it was going away fast. - I guess, some techinal issues. As to water - in the evening hot water was enough for one bath, then you had to wait for couple of hours to get hot water again. And small note to visitors regarding windows - if you get there on windy days, just check, if all windows are closed properly and there are no small gaps for wind to get in ;)

The apartments are large, bright, in an excellent location near three metro lines and the main Sants train station. The reception is open 24/7 for all kinds of questions and assistance. You can leave your luggage at the reception if you have a later flight. (safe and secure).

It could be a shade cleaner, and the kitchen could be a bit more stocked with essentials!

I have here a couple of times and everything is nice, the apartments are spacious, modern and well designed. The location is very convenient wih the neighboorhood of La Bordeta nearby, full of life and charm, and plenty of restaurants and bars around the apartment location.

The only issue I had this time was that the ketle didn't work, but the kitchen is so well equiuped that I could easily solve this.

Very nice modern appartment. We had a 2 bedroom appartment with comfortabel beds and all the necessities you need. we stayed at the 4th floor and it was very quiet. So no loud noises and great soundproofing. it is located nearby Barcelona Sants trainstation and metroline so a great place for exploring Barcelona. The staff was very nice and even accommodated us far earlier then the regular checkin due to an earlier flight.

Very good location, reception area and the staff was lovely! We needed parking, and the hotel provided us with underground parking with a lift going up right to the floor where our apartment was located. The kitchen is well-equipped. Can defiantly recommend it!

Noise from trains can be disturbing, because the station is across the street. Some of the furniture is a little old, but this will concern only the pedantic because in general, everything is very clean.

We got an apartment on 4ths floor. Their partners really looking like on the photos, they are all similar. We have a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer was missing , some dishes for very light cooking. I would really liked to use scooters 🛴 -they are free for guests of hotel. The only absolutely uncomfortable thing you cannot leave scooter because it has no anti-theft device and hotel doesn’t provide it, also the phone holder missing. Recommended !
