Hotel Porta Fira 4* Sup

Everything was brilliant. The hotel is amazing. We got a super room in the 19th floor. The location is cool, new and safe, near metro but obviously not in the center. Price was really good. Breakfast was good.

Difficult to find something that I did not like. Maybe the loud noises that came from the construction site was a little bit uncomfortable.

My recent stay at Hotel Porta Fira was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a wonderful experience throughout my stay. While the hotel's location may not be right in the heart of the bustling tourist destinations, it offers a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle. The quiet ambiance at night was particularly appreciated, ensuring a restful sleep after a day of exploration. Despite not being directly in the tourist hotspots, the hotel still boasts easy access to transportation, making it convenient to reach all the must-see attractions. Whether it's hopping on the metro or catching a taxi, getting around was a breeze. The accommodations themselves were impeccable. My room was tastefully decorated, well-appointed, and exuded a sense of comfort and luxury. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the plush bedding to the modern amenities provided. The staff at Hotel Porta Fira truly went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any request further enhanced the overall experience. I cannot recommend Hotel Porta Fira highly enough for anyone seeking a tranquil oasis with easy access to all that the city has to offer. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel undoubtedly exceeded my expectations in every way. I look forward to returning in the future.

The hotel was located in a really great location --- close to the convention center where I had meetings, nearby a very nice malls with great shopping and choices of restaurants, and close by the Barcelona metro which was super convenient and easy-to-use. The view of the Mediterranean from the room was phenomenal!

The room had a few things that need to be replaced or fixed. The countertop and sink had some water damage on it and the drawer with the blower dryer did not work well. Not the fault of the hotel, but a negative nonetheless, was the construction across the street. There was a loud pounding sound that started every morning at 8:00 a.m. and continued until 6:00 p.m. every evening.

Our room was clean, spacious, well furnished and modern, with comfortable kingsize bed and good pillows. We had a nice view from the 16th floor. Hotel has paid underground parking, we booked a room with parking included, so the price was good. be careful on the parking entrance, it is a little bit curvy :) Hotel is close to the airport, close to the metro and bus station to reach the city centre. We need both, so location of the hotel was perfect for us. There are also a nice shopping centre (gran via 2) in 5 mins walk and cafes around. Nice staff :)

This hotel is incredible. It is very modern inside and out, nice deco. We were given a room on the 15th floor and the view from our window was just breathtaking. Lots of light coming through. The layout of the room was comfy, and also the beds. We had a kettle in the room and fridge. Plenty of teas available and complementary water. We didn't have breakfast included in our rate, but for 15€ pp you can have the buffet which was very nice and tasty. They also had a section for local produce and cool veggie juices (yummy). Staff at the reception were really friendly and helpful and the same with other employees we met. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Can't wait to be back!

Great Staff, breakfast selection good, Bar meals were excellent, we ate at the Bar/ restaurant 5 nights and the Chef needs to be complimented. Well prepared meals, meal presentation was excellent and also tasted good.

Breakfast Staff were a little disorganised. On the last Sunday of our stay, several tables were left dirty or missing crocjery and cutlery. Tables not wiped etc. I think they must have been short staffed as other days seem to run smoothly. Another problem Staff not keeping an eye on milk in coffee machines at breakfast on 2 different days the machine ran out if milk and had to ask Staff to replenish.. Bathroom shower was very messy, flooded part of room, and shower head was poor. Windows were very noisy. But in saying that, overall everything else was great, front desk staff were great, special mention for Albert, a great asset to Porta Fira.

The hotel stay overall was a very pleasant experience. I was on a 4 days business trip with some colleagues for the SBC Barcelona at Fira Barcelona Montjuic. I loved the overall design of the hotel, it something quite unique and pleasant to see. The rooms were spacious, clean, well equipped. The bathroom had a large and spacious walk in shower (nice to see) and depending on which side of the hotel you were on (hard to tell since its circular) the view was pretty amazing as well from the 12th floor. The restaurant experience was great as well. We had breakfast included so every morning between 7-10AM we had a large variety of breakfast to choose from. Tables were being cleaned promptly as people came and left. I would also like to give huge props to Pablo, who was one of the bar tenders while we were there, who served us some amazing and delicious cocktails - bar was open until 1AM which was awesome. Pablo was a great sport and had a very welcoming and pleasant attitude - hope to see him again in the future and enjoy a drink together next time :)

At no fault to the hotel staff and owner(s) - there's was some construction going next to the hotel which started being noisy everyday around 8AM. Not a huge inconvenience, but if you were on the lower floors facing the construction side...I don't believe it could have been pleasant.

It was nice and spacious hotel. They had nice buffet breakfast, good room service, and nice staff. The rooms look better in person than in pictures, with nice view of the city and distant mountains

The location of the hotel was distant from the center (but nearby to the airport), which also meant less traffic (and noise), which was a good thing. The parking in most of the areas are underground, including at the hotel, and entrance is often too narrow. If you’re new here, with insufficient lighting, there’s a chance you could dent your car. The breakfast was bit expensive.

Location: is very convenient to go everywhere, next to metro L9S Service: I arrived earlier than the required time, but the receptionist was so nice , she instantly arranged another room for me so I could check in earlier Washing packages: I forgot to bring my toothbrush this trip, but their room provided me the toothbrush I was quite happy for this:) View: the room view is pretty nice

Bathroom: 1. the hairdryer was so annoying, it only worked a few seconds and then it shutdown by itself, and it’s impossible to turn it on again, I had to wait like 30min to turn it on, but it shutdown again by itself, so i couldn’t dry my hair every night 2.
