Leonardo Royal Hotel Barcelona Fira

All staff extremely nice and helpful. The room was nice and rooftop as well. Their restaurant is good as well and parking is extremely safe.

Just a suggestion to put more relax chair and beds next to the pool, since they easily get occupied by a few guests.

Breakfast was average with very hard scrambled eggs and fried eggs that were cooked hours earlier and were hard. Bacon was undercooked and Orange juice was very watery. Not a great experience. I will leave it and eat elsewhere in future.

The hotel is very nice and the staff are very welcome. The room is comfortable and the beds were super comfortable. Rooms are equipped with usb charging slots, coffee machine, kettle and complimentary water. We didn't book breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on breakfast food. Definitely will recommend it.

Expected to have shower caps available in the bathroom.

the staff was very welcoming and friendly, we arrived a bit early and that was not an issue for them at all, (but it can be if they are busy she said) the room was very nice, clean, comfortable bed, nice water pressure in the shower, the location is great for us, not a long walk to the Metro, lots of cafe's and coffee houses nearby, this area was not as busy as near the Placa de Catalunya, and we really appreciated that! There was some cold water waiting for us int he lobby, which was needed on this hot day, and although we did not eat in the restaurant, it looked really nice!

i usually have at least one negative thing, but honestly, i got nothing for them here! in fact we hope to book for next spring with our Mom.... this place was just great!

Marc at the front desk was fantastic. He was so very helpful with making suggestions to restaurants and other attractions and places in the area. His customer service skills are exceptional. We all enjoyed our stay because of Marc. Thank you Marc for everything. Please keep up the great service. You deserve a raise. You are such a genuine person and we can truly tell this by talking with you.

Loved the service and the facilities this hotel offered. Location is very close to a metro station where you can get to the city center in 10 minutes but the hotel is in a quiet & nice neighborhood. There is a supermarket close by and you can get outside food to your room. Room service is excellent and the room is spotless clean and the view was really nice especially from high floors. Pictures posted in booking are accurate!

Breakfast was a all-you-can-eat buffet with amazing options for everyone. The location was great, quiet and close to everywhere you want to go. And they had an amazing cocktail/mocktail specialist at the bar, don't miss it during your stay.

I made payment for the hotel's "Romantic Package Request" for my Spouse before arrival at the hotel and it was approved by the hotel. However, on getting to the hotel room, there was nothing in our room when we arrived. I was quite disappointed cos it was meant to be a pleasant surprise. The money I paid was refunded at checkout, but it was a missed opportunity which can never be recovered.

the hotel is amazing and looks more like a 5* - the decor is very modern, rooms are gorgeous, spacious and the bathroom is lovely. the location is also superb, in a quiet area and the metro is less than a 5 min walk to get around the city.

the 2 blonde ladies at reception/check in were extremely rude and rather than discreetly informing us of the rules around wearing masks, they proceeded to shout at us very loudly and in front of other guests which I found incredibly disgusting - they could use a customer service course asap.

The hotel is just exceptional! Starting from staff, comfort, value for money, breakfast, facilities, it’s just an amazing hotel to stay in. We would repeat our stay with no doubt, the best hotel in Barcelona so far. And keeping in mind we came from Airport, the location was great cause it is not far from the airport-bus stop :)

Nothing, everything was just perfect.

When we arrived the hotel staff provided us with a larger room even though they were "sold out", which was cool. However, the room's air conditioner would not cool so they moved us to a different room later that evening which also was literally cool. The rooms were clean the staff was excellent. At the bar, our bartender made the best Sangria!
