Elite Plaza Hotel Malmö

The beds were comfy and the breakfast was amazing! Location was fine but not in Malmö City, was a bit far to travel that way so we stayed close by. Lots of shops around too, restaurants and cafes. Straff was nice.

For a fancy hotel, the floor had whole rugs with a lot of stains. The bathroom in the room was not spotless with a bathtub. Had a glass with lip stains and gunk around the faucet. Check in was at 15:00 and not earlier, I emailed 3 weeks before arrival if it was possible to arrive around 13:00 but it was not fixable... Then we asked for a later check out (which was at 11:00) and the receptionist said it cost 100kr per hour.. Not the best service for this type of hotel.

The location is very good, close to the center and the main station is also within walking distance. There are quite some restaurants nearby but for the good ones you might need to walk a bit more to find them. There was a ice machine right in front of the room that made a lot of noise, but once the door was closed it was not that noticeble. So the sound-proof of the room is not bad!

Just before checking out, I noticed some handprints on the wall, which could only be seen from a certain angle but once they were seen it was disturbing :(

The location of the hotel is excellent, just right in the city centre and the airport shuttle stops from 5 min.The staff was super friendly and helpful. Room is nothing much of a surprise: a usual hotel room, but it was very clean and we got a room with a bathtub so our request was granted :). Also we could use the hotel's own sauna witch was a great add-on to the experience. Breakfast is very good and fresh with loads of options.

For our taste the bed was a bit too soft, but that is no deal breaker.. Overall there was nothing to be annoyed about.

Everything was good. The breakfast room was very nice with plenty of options. Great location right in the centre of town but no noise from outside.

For a 'deluxe' room ours seemed to be a bit 'standard'. Hotel lacked some of the promised character.

The room was quite well. Some exceptions in the bathroom: -the vanity basin was cracked (leakage below) -the shaving mirror was broken Bathroom needs some redo at all Noisy restaurants next to the hotel. Noisy breakfast room, not very cosy.

Really great location, close to the main train station and city centre. I'd like to compliment the receptionist on duty Annette Jensen for being helpful, service-minded and solution-oriented. The thermostat was not working in the first room we were in and she came up to check and offered to move us to another room when it remains stuck. The second room was super, and we enjoyed the stay thoroughly. Breakfast was also great, and we loved the interior design as well.

Very pleasent staff, and the hotel had a nice location. I can recommend this place! Me and my girlfriend are definitely coming back, next time we are in Malmø. The breakfest buffet was really good too.

The elevator was a bit weird, but when you get the hang of it, it’s alright. It’s not an issue that had an effect on our stay.

Room and location was great

The breakfast room is very big, but it is so stuffy, dar and very badly organised. Just pure chaos both days we were there. Also very limited vegan choices

Malmo music festival was in progress. We had a courtyard room at the back which was satisfactory and quieter. Buffet breakfast was up to standard and adequate. Good location not too far from facilities.

Nothing on the downside. The hotel met our expectations.

Breakfast was alright. Hotel was very nice, central, clean. Good experience and would definitely stay again.

Most places in Malmo including this hotel dont take cash for anything including the attached pub the bishops arms. Quite annoying as had changed money to swedish and turns out I couldn't spend it in most places.
