Moment Hotels

Hotel very cozy and well located in the center in Malmö and very close to the train station. The room was small but nice, a good solution to spend max 1/2 nights in. Good breakfast service, although I might recommend for some more sweet options. Staff were polite and available to answer any doubt.

In my room the floor heating didn’t work, so the environment was quite cold. Mine was a room without window, hence there was a vent on the ceiling which made a lot of noise and it made the air in the room extremely cold.

Location is fantastic, you have access to all Malmö and Copenhagen by bus and subway just in just 2-3 mins. We had some problems with our room and they changed it with a nice room. Staff are super nice😍 There is both in-door and out-door place to have breakfast and fika. The rooms are clean and you can always get fresh towels,covers and Iron from reception.

The internet connection could have been better. The tv in our room had the possibility to cast your device on it, but due to slow internet connection, we could not use this advantage. We, also, sometimes had to use the data on our phones, because the wifi did not work. Another thing was the bathroom which was small; the doors were glass and not a very comfortable toilet. Don’t forget to bring your toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers!

The hotel breakfast was in a lovely older part of the building and was a very nice way to start the day. The hidden staircase was also part of this old building and was beautifully designed (I'm guessing around the start of the 20th century). The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was in a great location opposite the train station and near the centre of the city. The room faced into the courtyard and so was very quiet.

The bathroom was badly designed, with no where to put your things while you had a shower (apart from on the loo seat). There was no where to get drinks in the hotel during the day, so facilities in the room would have been good but these are minor things that did not stop us enjoying our stay.

The breakfast was simple but exquisite...I normally avoid breakfast in hotels but felt this was a perfect blend to get me started but not fill me up before I go visit the rest of the city. Being claustrophobic I requested a room with a balcony so that I could sleep with a door open slightly to help if I needed to step into another room at night time. My request was listened too and i got the perfect room for myself. I will be back at this hotel knowing they can accommodate my requests.

I asked a few times if I could get an iron from multiple members of staff and instead of being helped I just got told they didn't know where the iron was at .

Excellent and personable reception staff. First impressions are so important. The room was perfectly positioned within the city for sightseeing and touring. The room was excellent. My friend was a little over-excited about the glass elevator. I can't fault the amenities in the room. And my room was very quiet, which I loved. I got an excellent night's sleep each night.

The breakfast was not my favourite I'm afraid. I guess I'm not a particular fan of continental breakfasts. I had hoped for a more cooked breakfast - bacon, sausage, beans etc. Other than that, I cannot fault the hotel.

Great location near to the central station and major attractions. Friendly, helpful and welcoming receptionist, housekeeping and restaurant staff. Well equipped and functioning room facilities. Clean room upon check-in. Although facing the main and busy road, but as long as you keep the window well shut, noise is at the minimum. The room size I stayed at is just right for one person with a cabin size luggage. Anything larger, you might not be able to walk around the room easily thus for two person, it is recommended to book a bigger room.

The pillow is soft (however, this is personal preference) Room wall is thin - the place is so quiet that I can hear the neighbour snoring mid of the night.

From some reason they couldn't charge my cards for my second room. They charge for 1 room. My bank see this transaction suspicious and freeze my card. At the hotel front office they see my card was freeze by bank because of that transaction and still ask me to pay for second room in that moment. No pay no chekin. At that moment I was talking with my bank officers. Anyway was not polite and pro. All my holiday it was necessary to use a different card not my Revolut whit SEK currency and pay about 21 euro conversion from card currency to SEK payment. The room was at the mansarde and very small distance from bed to roof :)

The location is great, right across the street from the bus/train station, it is in the city center and a short walk away from the main square, everything is easily accessible by foot and easy to get around. Moment Hotels is simple to find, the staff is very friendly and happy to help, breakfast buffet is fantastic, especially the bagels :)

We had a very small room, which was enough for our needs to be honest, but feels a bit cramped, didn't like the bathroom, it was fine and clean but it wasn't a separate room but a glass divider/box with a slide door, and it was quite small.

The staff is smiling and helpful. Rooms, breakfast area and lounge area, toilets were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient. The location of the hotel was great, right across from the flixbus stop and the train station. I could walk everywhere. I would recommend it to everyone

There was nothing I didn't like. The room was very small but they may have given this room as I was traveling alone. I'm sure they have bigger rooms available. I did not like that the shower section is divided by curtains, not glass, but this point is not something to be deducted.

Location: excellent, next to central station and FlixBus + airport bus stop. Building outside looks horrible, and also the reception is better on the photos, but it’s ok. The 5 floor building has only one elevator, but it was not crowded, we always could manage. The room was identical to the one in the confirmation letter. Spacious room, window looks on the yard, quiet and light. The bathroom is almost as big as the room, everything worked well. The airco is missing, which is not that comfortable in the 30degrees Celsius summer. Breakfast: the hall is nice, furnished by Ikea. Assortment ok, cold breakfast (boiled egg, butter, 3 kind of cheese, 4 kind of meat&sausage, cucumber, tomato, 3-4 kind of salty bakery, muesli, milk, tea, Joghurt).

The coffee is horrible, there’s is an espresso house on the corner. The bed is too soft for me.
