Watermark Hotel Kaohsiung Main Station

The location is excellent. The room cleanliness. The interior design of the main lobby L1 and dining area L3.

The check-out system that's needs to be held on with a credit card of NT1,000, which is unfair to Overseas travellers. By right, once guests check out before 11am, staff should immediately check through the room, can't say due to shortage of manpower and will check later afternoon, and what's happen if any disagreement after guests left the city. Anyway, hopefully, withdraw this check-out system to ease all travellers .

The location is very good and convenient. 7-11 is just walking distance. For those traveller who need to travel by train to other places, Watermark is a very good choice as the hotel and the train station is just 200m away.

The self check in is not necessary and not so efficient. Coz the receptionist will still pass you the key pocket and explain to you after you have check in. So I don’t think the self check in system is necessarily.

Location, facilities, food, environment and the brightness and newness of the hotel. The dining room is so beautiful with the long thick wooden table. There is a big construction project outside the hotel, so abit dusty and noisy

1. The wobbly bed was too soft and sank when we slept. 2 the carpet in the room isn't very clean

Very spacious and clean. Staff is very nice. This hotel provides free clothes wash. You only need NT$20 for dryer with 30 min. We found this is very useful for us since it is very humid and hot here in Taiwan during summer time. They also provide free beverages and cookies/biscuits in the afternoon and early evening on 3rd floor. You can enjoy these while waiting for your laundry. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Very handy to main station for MRT and TRA trains. Breakfast was good, with a decent selection of both Asian and western choices.

The area itself is nothing special - next time we’d probably stay near Formosa Boulevard station or the pier. Had to keep logging back into the wifi which was a bit annoying.

Spacious room, very clean, the ac is always on in the hallway, great Taiwanese breakfast, common area is very quiet and spacious. Beddings are wonderful with 4 pillows on each bed. I had the best sleep here. Will definitely come back!

The shower curtain is very thin and didn't keep the water in the shower, so the floor got a little wet, but despite that, this is a great hotel!

Amazing place to stay in Kaohsiung. Very clean, comfy and specious room, great and modern facilities, nice staff and good breakfast. Very good location, 2 steps away from main station. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Nothing really, maybe breakfast could have a better selection of fresh vegetables.

Hotel very near to Kaohsiung train station , the room is big, i like the Cozy corner they facilitate at the dining area (you can have drinks & biscuit (Breakfast till 9pm) while waiting for your free laundry (Only dryer charged NT$20 for 30 mins)

Great location next to the public transport, spacious room. Everything was clean and new. Our room had the best and most comfortable mattress ever, we slept really well and the stuff were also really nice and helpful. Especially, the two ladies preparing and serving the breakfast

The wifi was quite bad, we stayed for 2 nights but can rarely get the wifi, even someone came to help us, but after that still couldn’t use after.
