Beitou Hot Spring Resort

room is huge, clean and comfortable, the hot spring tub in the room was good! hotel is really near the train station, 2 mins walk and near to other attractions too

Loved the hotspring bath in the room, even with the bath and a small steam room, the room is still spacious. The bed is comfortable and the pillows are nice and fluffy. It's opposite the Beitou park library so the breakfast view is nice, convenient stores are minutes away, and there's also a Carrefour nearby. The town itself is quite touristy (in a good way), wish I've stayed longer.

The western breakfast is nothing to shout about, good enough to fill the stomach but you'd probably wanna save space for local breakfast nearby anyway. The room door was a little wonky, had to push a little harder to get it properly locked, however, this should be an isolated issue and fixed by now.

I like the location, walking distance to the MRT station, restaurant and few of the famous sightseeing spots. The hotel room is clean and comfortable, breakfast was good and tasty! Do include the breakfast when you plan to book this resort on your stay.

The bath room design, I booked exquisite double room with hot tub and staying with my friend, there were no door to close if you want to entry the hot tub from the bath room, and there are a standard hanger in front of the bath room door to hang the towel only, if you want to changing, you need to ask your friend to face others place in the room, as there are no hanger inside the bath room to hang your clothes, it was a little embarrassing if you're not couple to stay at exquisite double room. But if you're couple, then it will be very romantic room. cheers!

Airport transfer at NT2000 for our party of 8 including 3 young children (minivan with carseats/booster seats provided too!). Room was spacious and we loved the private ensuite hot spring tub. My 2 sons really enjoyed splashing in it. Beds were comfortable. Complimentary pack of walnut cookies from the bakery given each day of stay were yummy. Public hot spring area was good too, free for guests to use between 9am and 10pm.

- Room: clean, very well furnished and decorated. We booked 2 rooms with ensuite spring bath. It was a great experience to enjoy private spring bath 👏🏼 - Service: very friendly and polite. - Location: quiet area, a bit further from the city center but it was a perfect fit for our family as we just wanted to have a relaxing day before leaving Taiwan. - Others: hotel breakfast was decent enough. We were introduced about the public bath but didn’t have time to try.

Location was very good. Just a short walking distance from Xinbeitou MRT station, eateries (like Ootoya Japanese Restaurant) and attractions such as the Thermal Valley, Puji Temple, Beitou Library and Beitou Hot Spring Museum. The room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The hot spring bath in the room was so relaxing. The free cookies in the room were a nice touch. Buffet breakfast was good and the restaurant overlooks a park.

It is only a short walking distance away from the Xinbeitou station. Many food options (including McDonald's and KFC), Watson's. Check-in was a breeze. The room was spacious and every room had its own hot spring tub which you could fill with hot spring water! Loved the thoughtful amenities- especially the cookies! Breakfast was included and we were surprised by the spread! All in all a fantastic stay! We'll be back!

Prime location, with friendly and helpful staff. Love that the room came with its own hot spring tub that we could fill, and the shower right beside. Toilet bowl is at the other side of the room but it wasn't an issue. Bathrobes and body scrubs were provided in the room too. We booked for 3 pax, and got a 2 pax room with an additional foldable bed which was comfy to lie on, but did make the room a bit cramped.

Very near the MRT station, just about 3 minute walk. staff were friendly and some can speak english. the room was spacious as expected. room, tub and sauna were very clean. a very relaxing stay even with 2 kids

The hot spring water that goes to your tub doesn't seem like it's naturally hot but it looks like it went through a heater to heat the water again. room was also a bit dated and may need some repair with the cabinet doors

I liked the facilities with personal hot tub and comfortable beddings. The room came with delicious complimentary almond cookies and four bottles of water. The public bath area has both sauna snd steam room. The location is very convenient across from Beito Park and just few minutes from Xin Beito station.

The hours of the public bath could have been extended till at least 11pm.
