CityInn Hotel Plus- Fuxing North Road Branch

I like the location of the hotel, its right in the center of town, very clean and they even have a laundry room for the long stay guest like me, public transportation was right next door. Hotel staffs at reception( except one special lady) and cleaning lady on the 13F were very friendly and nice.

The hotel receptionist Maruko was rude and had a very bad attitude with poker face.

If I could give this hotel an 11 that is what I would do! The check-in experience was amazing. Maruko was quite simply the most impressive hotel clerk I have ever met. She provided us with very helpful advice for our trip, and did everything in such a cheerful and effective way that one could not help but to be impressed. She even left us with a lovely, hand-written card at the end (complete with very cute pictures which she drew). I may frame this card :) After staying previously at a hotel in Taipei which did not meet our expectations, it was such a joy to stay at the CityInn. Everything was done just in the right way. It was clean, restful and smart. They kept our luggage for us as we travelled around which made a huge difference. Obvously I would stay here again - indeed I don't think there is anywhere else I would even think about staying in Taipei.

Very good location just a 5 mins walk from the metro station. Helpful staff. Very good cleanliness standard. Hotel doesn't have breakfast but on the 2nd floor there is a large and very convenient room for guests to enjoy their own breakfast. There are dozens of coffee shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Laundry room with washing machines, dryers, steamers is available for guests.

Most of the rooms don't have any cabinets, only a short rack for hanging clothes. In the standard double rooms part of the bathroom wall is transparent material so that bathroom light will shine to the room at night; may be troublesome if more than one guest staying in the room.

this is an excellent hotel that provides many detailed comfort measures to the customers. super soft bed. free laundry facilities. many free toilet treats and even for kids. the common area is nice and spacious. the facility is super clean. it is located right in front of the subway and main road. we are deep sleepers but for people who are sensitive to traffic noise, might need to ask for rooms that faced another direction. it’s 2 min walk to MRT brown line. brown line is slightly less convenient than other MRT lines in my opinion but nevertheless! I will stay at this hotel again!

Love the most: 1) sparkling clean room 2) the staff are super nice and you feel lots of welcome. Others: bottled water and snacks are free in the room. the 2nd floor resting area is very nice area to rest; laundry rooms is convenient to use. Location is good, lots of restaurants in walking distance, very close to metro station.

not much cons given the price and location. if the room is a litter bigger, with the 2nd bed as full size (not twin size), will be better for families of 4. But it is good size for couples, or families of 3.

This hotel is small but very clean. The room is clean, tidy, bright, new. You can have all your essential items at your room, e.g. tooth paste, teeth brush, slippery.... The toilet is clean and bright , too. The location is very good, it is about 5 minutes walk from the station. There is a store and 7-11 nearby. The staff are very nice and helpful. I will book this hotel next time. There is a common room at 2/F, which has computer, sofa, kitchen, microwave, ........ This hotel is very good.

Relatively new, purpose built hotel with central location next to metro station. Very good cleanliness standard. Plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. Free parking on 'first arrive first served' basis. No breakfast served, but large and convenient space is arranged on 2/f for guests to have breakfast, that is easy to get outside (two coffee shops, one convenience store and one bakery in the same block).

There are no cabinets in the room only a short rack with hangers, so storage for clothing etc. is limited. This might be inconvenient for guests planning a longer stay, but for one of two nights should not be an issue.

The hotel is located close to a mrt station and it is very convenient. The room is big with windows. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is also nice. We are very satisfied overall.

Bathroom has a transparent wall, so if used at night the light maybe disturbing if more than one guest in the room. No cabinets in the room.
