it’s spacious and clean, designed with good taste!

I stayed here for the quarantine, but they have 3 fixed windows for meals, 1 hour each. Delivery outside of the window will cost you extra 100NTD. it’s not fair to limit the delivery to 1hr each. I suggest 2 hour window.

The rooms and bathrooms are huge and beds are super comfortable. The staff is very helpful and I appreciate their Manager Wayne who went out of his way to secure a wheelchair for my mum's use during our stay. Drop off at the main entrance is convenient as well with no stairs. Beautiful lobby but not big.

Breakfast is below expectation for a hotel buffet breakfast, needs improvement. Little variety and close to boring. Ham was added on the 4th day when there was a Japanese tour group. Hot food was lukewarm, like scrambled eggs (no other choice) and a lonely pizza stands exposed and cold. Quality of towels doesn't match a 4 star hotel - worn from overuse. Hotel was opened in 2021 acc to website but I later discovered that it wasn't really that new, likely renovated and changed hands.

The room is very spacious with all facilities you need. The facilities are well maintained. The location is unbeatable - easy access to MRT and buses, or you can simply walk around the city. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

There was a construction during our stay so some noise during the day was expected. However, the staff informed us about it while we checked in.

Very accommodating staff, even before staying at the hotel. Very great service, both thru the app and when we were at the hotel. Facilities are great, you get value for money and more. Reception snacks and drinks are always available. Buffet has enough selections. Room and bathroom is big and clean. GREAT STAY OVERALL

May recommend to widen selection of food in buffet.

Very central location, close to 2 MRT stations. There was always free snacks offered in the lobby and they put out new items 3xs a day, including entire cup noodles.

There was a guest in the neighboring room who played guitar, which you could hear in our room. Luckily they were there only 1 night.

Complementary fruits and water. Excellent service and very helpful.

It’s very close to bus stop but a little bit far away from MRT station, around 500m. This distance is good for me, but not for my parents. I can ask hotel staffs to call taxi anyway, so this does not matter.

Did some research to select the property. I was right. this is an excellent property on the main road and also overlooking the flyover. Moreover, the rooms are exceptionally spacious so are the bathrooms. Overall excellent place to be either for work or leisure

The. Real fast buffet was wonderful selection of cuisines.

We had a problem with uncomfortable air in our first room but the hotel immediately changed rooms for us.

Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Breakfast was good, but not great. Could use more variety across days. Smallish kids play area.
