Green World Grand NanJing

1. In-between 2 MRT stations (5 mins walk to Songjiang Nanjing and 10 mins walk to Nanjing Fuxing) 2. Easily accessible by public buses 3. Clean and spacious for Superior King Room and good City View 4. Secure Room with Access Card required to tap the lift 5. Quiet Environment even facing to the road 6. Comfy double bed at King size 7. Strong Wi-Fi signal and good air-con within the Room 8. Friendly hotel staff for check-in and check-out 9. Accommodative to early check-in 10. Big water sink for washing hands and clothes 11. Full set of toiletries is available (shampoo, bath foam, shaver..etc) 12. 15 mins walk from RT-Mart Zhonglun Store (Hypermarket) 13. Water machine for hot and ice water is available at Roof floor 14. Friendly Restaurant staff for heating up my breads bought from hypermarket 15. Several eateries are within a few minutes distance and more are within 10 mins walk

1. Restaurant for Breakfast is located at 2/F conveniently but the choice of food is limited 2. Staircase at the Hotel Entrance which requires lifting up the luggages (There is a ramp path at the side of hotel but it's not opened unless you inform the staff) 3. Can hear the conversation from next room (maybe they speak aloud) 4. The lift is dimmed with light bulbs but not LED lights 5. No additional hanging facilities for clothes other than wardrobe 6. Toothpaste is too small not environment friendly 7. 32" TV is considered small compared to Room Size (Superior King Room)

They provide umbrellas at the entrance for hotel guest. No need to request. The room was big but located at the junction of the traffic hence the traffic noise can be heard 24/7. Location to Songjiang Nanjing MRT station is about 5min walk. Taxi can be hailed at the hotel main entrance. There is a Starbucks and Mr.Brown cafe across the road.

During peal hours, its hard to hail down a taxi in front of the hotel. The room does not have iron, have to request and carry it up from the reception. Hotel is located at the cross junction. Can hear the traffic noise. There are a few flight of stairs to get into hotel lobby. No ramp. Hence may be a hassle for elderly or people with heavy luggages.

central location in city. self service laundry. rooms with view had glass from ceiling to bay window bench. rooms with no windows had pleasant decor. bathrooms had rain shower and tub. lobby was big for Taipei and had lounging area. subway within 2blocks of hotel with mostly covered walkways along restaurants, convenience stores and massage parlors.

toilet paper not allowed in toilet and needed to be disposed of in special trash tin. therefore using bidet first was a must… if arriving with lots of luggage and or with children suggest taxi or ubering to hotel from Taoyuan airport or Taipei station.

I loved the bathtub

hotel can improve to provide hair conditioning and body lotion also maybe a common area with microwave (as others 4 stars hotels in Taiwan). Booking.com must specify that this hotel make a charge prior to stay and it takes 1 - 3 weeks to be refunded

- Hotel has a great value and is located near convenience stores, coffee shops and restos. - Love that they were able to provide iron and ironing board as well at no expense when I inquired for one since I vacuum packed all my clothes (lol)! - Bfast can be improved, but the hashbrown and noodles were really great. - Staff were all friendly, and the room and toilet is what you see is what you get based on the pictures. Love how spacious the room and the bathroom are! - Room were cleaned daily. Toiletries, fresh towels, water and teas were replenished daily as well. - Could have been better if we have the room with a bigger window, but it's fine

- There were mosquitoes/insects that kept on biting our feet on our first few nights - AC were a bit hot as well on our first few nights but became okay for the rest of our stay - Elevator seemed a bit scary and dirty, but it's fine since we'll only be using it for a few seconds anyway - It would have been really great if there's an extra mirror inside of the room aside from the bathroom, but it's fine

The hotel is very close to the metro station and easy to find. We get off from exit 5 of the station and just going straight when getting out of the station, the hotel was easily found. It is right opposite to Starbucks. There are several convenient and restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for us. The staffs were very friendly and nice, they were very helpful when we asked for anything. The rooms were always clean when we came back from sightseeing. It was a pleasure to stay there. The interior is beautiful too. Highly recommend!

The only thing to complain about is that the restaurant is too cold. The air conditioner temperature was pretty low so the kids were feeling too cold when having breakfast.

This was located in the 'office area' so you'll see the working crowd during peak hours. Bus stops right infront / surrounding of the hotel, and train stations were walking distance. it's also 'in between' ximending-zhongzheng district and taipei 101-Xinyi district, makes travelling easier for tourist like myself. The double twin room i got was quite spacious. Overall a very comfy stay!

The only minor thing, is that the water dispenser is located at the top floor.. probably be worth having one in the lobby, or the second floor where the buffet restaurant is located? But i've continuously asked for new bottled water from the reception and they were nice about it.

Great location, 5min walk from underground station. The beds are massive and the bath tub is large and deep. Have stayed here many times and recommended to my friends and family.

I’m guessing some guests are smoking in their rooms despite the fact that it’s banned. The room I was given stank of cigarette smoke however I was given a new room immediately when I alerted the staff. There was a very long fire safety practice in the morning on of the days of my stay however I was not told beforehand, it was very loud and long and disturbed my sleep.

location was ideal in the business district. no lack of food and drink options in the vicinity. public transport - Bus was jus across the hotel (basically there was bus to all the places we wanted to go), while the subway was just slightly further down of the bus-stop, taxi was readily available on the main road as the hotel was located at the junction. We changed a room, and it was slightly bigger to fit our 2 28' luggage. Room was clean and facilities were relatively well maintained. Water pressure for shower was strong and the tub is superb + big! Just next door of the hotel is a buffet hot-pot restaurant that was superb! we had our first hotpot meal there and was super worthy as it was just a stone throw away from our hotel. breakfast was alright, but the staffs were superb and friendly. Baby cot provided was an individual cot that we could place our infant inside to sleep and hold temporarily, which is ideal for us travelers.

First day we got a room that has a spoilt aircon. Despite setting to 32degC, the aircon was blowing cold air out for the entire night. I went down to the reception to seek help but it seems like they were not aware of the A/C spoilage and only offered to off the A/C, but that would be mean the room to be super stuffy. Our first night stay was bad as we had to wake up 4 times in the night to switch on and off because of the temperature and stuffiness. We requested a change of room the next day and the concierge helped to it as they detected that room 310 had a faulty A/C and was only connected to cold-air.
