Parkview Taipei

The rooms are nice and clean with modern furniture. The staff has all been amazingly nice and pleasant. I have to stay in Taipei for almost a month for work, and it was a very convenient place to stay. Complimentary minibar, nice beddings, and great housekeeping was some of the high lights!

The bed could have been a bit softer, it was an issue the first couple of nights, but my back got used to it after a while. The breakfast and laundry service is very expensive, but there are great options close by for breakfast and brunch! Also, the gym was very small, and the "roof top terrace" didn't have any furniture, it seems like a waste of potential because it could be a very cool space.

The hotel location was easy to go around the city. The nearest station has an access to two MRT lines. Staffs at the front were really friendly and helpful. We asked for an advice to find restaurants and the lady let us know where to go and what to look for in the area. The room was modern, stylish and very clean. The bath room was spacious with outside view/natural light. I also liked the shampoo/soap they provided.

We were a group of three people. The room had three single beds, which was the reason I chose the hotel. However, there was no sitting area.. I must say it is always good to have a space to sit down to read and write, and also need a space to open 3 suitcases.

Hotel is really classy and elegant! Great location, 3min walk to mrt, and surrounded by lots of eateries. Staff were all friendly and polite. Room was super clean, bed was comfortable, pillows were abit too soft for my liking. My room had a small balcony too. Extra toiletries/amenities easily available upon request too.

Walls were just slightly thin.. whenever someone in the next rooms exits/enters their room you could hear the door slam loudly. Could also hear the shower/tap running from ny next door neighbour, can be disruptive if you're a light sleeper.

Super clean, convenient close to MRT, very modern, comfortable and the staff are all so kind and helpful! While I was leaving for a night flight both the staff available at the front desk helped me pack while I needed to repack some things at the lobby. Also helped me call a cab and made sure I could pay via credit card as I was out of cash. Highly recommended and will definitely return. Forgot to get their names but thank you so much to the gentleman and lady who helped me tonight!

Great location - 5 min walk to the MRT and many buses. Staff and service is excellent. Everyone is very polite and helpful. The room is modern and very clean. We had the 3 single bed setup in a room normally for 2 people with a larger bed so it’s a little bit tight for our luggages but the beds were comfortable and pillows and sheets are very clean. The bathroom is very spacious and modern. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. we will stay here again next time we visit Taipei.

Their staff were warm and friendly, especially Emma @ the front desk, who went out of her way to assist us in making restaurant bookings and advice on room availability on our return from a trip to Beitou. She should be commended for her excellent customer service skills.

Wish they had bigger or connecting rooms to accommodate families as well.

the location is good and consider close to the MRT station (SongJiang Nanjing).

Both the pillows in the room requires modification because of the texture and thickness. Both of us have stiff neck and need to adjust the pillows occasionally for comfort sleep. First time we have concern with the pillows. Requested for the Latex pillow, slightly better but can be improved for better quality.

A very nice hotel, the location is great, approximately 7 min walk to the MRT. The room is very quiet and clean, would definitely revisit here if we ever need to stay in Taipei, love it!

The front desk person told us "the breakfast is included" which made me thought the breakfast is free but you actually have to pay extra for that, I'd just wish they told me there's a fee instead of saying "it's included".

Staffs are super friendly and helpful. One of the staff gave me the utensils when he noticed my UberEATS order did not come with one. The room and its facilities are one of the newest and the most modern I've been to. Bed and pillow are great. Will definitely recommend anyone who wants to find a comfortable, new, and convenient place to stay in Taipei.

Room was great and so stuff was very helpful and friendly. Location was very good.

Breakfast while good was pretty much same every day. For longer stay, this was rather problem. Also no laundry machines at the hotel, so I have spent two evenings doing laundry outside of hotel. There is no gym, its tiny room with two machines for running.
