The hotel was worth the price. The staff are really friendly and willing to assist with providing information and assistance to our requirements. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is good, close to major tourist attractions and shopping malls. Two 7-eleven stores within walking distance.

The hotel is very modern in a great location. Rooms are big and very comfortable!
We tried to order from room service twice but unfortunately both times it was closed, tried to order at 23:00 and another day at 18:00. The guy that answered the phone told us they close at 14:30 that was the only thing that was a bit annoying. (Might be due to the holiday they had)

it was clean and for the price, the service and the cleanliness lives up to the standards, there’s a food stall that opens almost 24/7 as well which is so convenient when I want a late night snack
it was far to walk from the BTS which I hoped to rely on for my trip

Convenient location and value for money. I booked this hotel because it was near the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs and it was in the middle of all the site-seeing places that I wanted to go. The staff is friendly and were helpful.

very clean, nice pool, friendly staff (little low in english but okay), nice Hotel with 2 7-11 nearby and small street food area. buses are all nearby but everything else is a little far. by foot hard to reach (eg. kohsan road 35 min).
breakfast was okay but not amazing. Food could habe been a little hotter. a little far from everything worth to visit. next time we would chose another area.

Great friendly and helpful staff. Clean room that was well maintained and cleaned daily by housekeeping. Modern looking hotel.
The cheeseburger room service meal wasn't that great and took around 40 minutes to arrive which by the time it did. The food was cold.

Very good, clean and nice hotel in the middle of Bangkok, but better use motorcycle, because 2-5 km to every place. You can alco walk to metro train.
Pool closing at nigjht. For people living night life - it was always closed when we tried to use it)) But it is not for hotel, itis our life schedule)
