Location. Just a short walk from the airport bus stop. A few mins walk to Big C. Right opposite Central World and Platinum Mall.
The entire hotel seems abit bleak. Room and bathroom does smell abit. But the lovely staffs made up for it. Thanks!

Rooms are spacious and secure. Close to Platinum Fashion Mall and BigC and many other shopping areas. You can take the A3 bus route from airport to the BigC and walk 100Meters to the Bangkok City Inn. You can return the same on the opposite side.

The manger is very receptive and attends to your needs. The supporting staffs especially the luggage pickers and parking guards are excellent and very service oriented
Keeping room empty and letting us to check in after 2pm. I checked in early but it involve paying extra 400 baht per room for early check in fees!

The room was very clean and the staff was very polite and helpful.
There is no kettle and hair dryer in the room. Breakfast is platted, and thus, very limited options. For example, rice, 1 egg, and chicken curry.

The hotel is very near to Central Shopping Mall and Big C supermarket which makes shopping and eating very convenient.
Maybe the noises caused by other patrons at the corridor outside the room when they move in and out of their room. I think the room door is not sound proof.

I like the location, very close to metro, malls and shopping area in pratunam. Even the hotel is a bit old, It’s clean and safe. Near 7/11 and massages. Overall very convenient and comfortable stay.

I like all of the facilities. And cleaning in the room. The location are fantastic place .
The staff working in night shift was really not helpful and not polite . The door man 2 staff who work in morning shift are very good attitude and smile all the time and very helpful..
