excellent location and close to everything

terrible sound proof for the room, every morning wake up by noise by neighbour such as showering sound or morning calls …. can hear morning calls from next room every morning at 4:30am such a nightmare … will never go back for this quality with such expensive price

Everything was good. The staff provided excellent service and the check in at the executive level was smooth and quick. I like the executive lounge has food provided at every hour and the rooms were new, clean and in tip-top condition. The location is perfect too. Can walk to Siam paragon, Platinium, and Siam Sq. Lots of food choices and shopping at Central world.

The lift can be v crowded and a longer wait. The cook at the executive lounge can learn to cook scrambled eggs better =P

Since 2008 and I have always lived in this hotel and it is on my list of choice for accommodation in Bangkok, Being in the heart of the best mall in Bangkok gives priority to choice.

I stayed in (October 2021) and it was a great experience, But on this journey (December 2021) it was not good because there was a resident smoking a cigarette and the smell got in through the air conditioning system and my family and kids especially suffered for two nights until this issue was resolved by front office manager , I would like to thank her very much for what she has done.

very Nicely located near all best shopping malls. very hygienic. travellers from all over we’re here.

they need to improve on global common language (English) to all there staff members specially the ones at the breakfast Resteraunt. they need to advise people like sub managers at the Resteraunt to behave and improve on their courtesy skills with guest in the hotel. one particular manager (name Ladisk K) like wise. he doesn’t behave properly with guest as he thinks he owns the hotel and all the facilities. had very bad experience on the breakfast table on my last day that is 12 th of July 2022. he is very rude

The location and the rooms

The staff are not friendly, they ignored my booking notes and when checking-in they mistakenly claimed we booked without breakfast. Even though I showed the receptionist she insisted it was without breakfast. I showed her a print out and it was a bit rude

We love staying here! This hotel is so convenient as there is a mall connected to it and is very accessible to the surrounding malls as well. We stayed with our one year old this time and requested for a crib. We loved the little amenities the had left on the crib for our baby, it was such a cute touch! All the staff were so nice especially the staff at breakfast.

There is an automated light in the room that switches on when you’re walking around at night and is almost impossible to switch off as it’s operated by sensors. Our last night they stayed on the entire night and it was so annoying as we didn’t get a full nights rest before traveling.

the location is great, connected to the huge mall central world, rooms are nice and clean, breakfast has lots of options, they give welcome drink vouchers, the spa massage was amazing, it was easy to book, they give 35% off for early bird from 9:00-2:00, we even could book in the same day :D

there was no iron and ironing table in the room, you have to request it, but the response was very quick, the rooms slippers are of bad quality comparing to the hotel. however these two things don't downgrade the whole experience in the hotel

Our family had a lovely stay in this hotel. We stayed in a family suite and the room is spacious it has a walk-in closet and the bathroom is huge, 4 people can fit in the room. If you love shopping the location is within walking distance to all of the best shopping malls in Bangkok. Commuting is not hard as well because there's a tuktuk stand, taxi stand and also its near the train station.

When we visited there was a convention happening so riding the elevator was horrible we had to wait in line to be able to ride the elevator.

Great location. Hotel is connected to convention center and Central World mall. No need to go outside on a hot or rainy day if you like shopping. Incredible views of the city from higher floors, especially from bars on 54th and 55th floors. Room not too big but comfortable with modern decor and all amenities.

Because of its relation to the shopping mall the hotel's reception is on 23rd floor, club level reception on 51st floor and other facilities yet on other floors - a bit confusing and sometimes hard to remember. Young staff in the executive lounge speaks minimal English which creates occasional problems with orders. Main breakfast buffet restaurant on 24th floor crowded, relatively small and not too elegant. Outrageous prices of drinks in the rooftop bar. I guess the view is worth it. Very small bathroom in our Hollywood club room. No bathtub.

Stone throw away to Central world shopping mall, 10mins walk to Siam Paragon, very close to BTS. Tons of happening events nearby. What a good location for city/shopping lovers. Services was excellent, we enjoyed it a lot especially at the club lounge. Best gym facility with so much equipment - its just feel like a normal commercial gym place. Breakfast has a lot of variety to choose. Do not miss the redSky at the top - excellent view! And very comfy bed, fall asleep almost immediately!

Foods wise, it was good but I hope it can be better. Lack of sign of where to take the lift from ground G to 23, and from 23 to room, need clear direction to Central world. No umbrella for guest which quite a hassle when it is raining.
